Nope it’s not any custom mods, but the theft and tow notification. Sadly it doesn’t beep or make any alarm sounds but does start flashing it’s indicators as soon as any movement is detected. I guess it was added after the 5.7 update I’ve never noticed it before

Yep just found out while trying it out seems cool, though some sound added to it might be a better deterrent per se. Hope next we get a well implemented hazard light soon.

Could be a very unique use case with me, but it is a convenient thing for me that it does not make any sound! I often move my locked Ather to make way for the car to be taken out of my parking space. I get the movement alert ever so often on my phone and I am now used to ignoring it because I know it’s just me. With the introduction of blinkers, yes it might be a bit inconvenient for me but nothing in the scale of what would happen if there was an alarm! If I move my Ather and it starts screaming, I would bring out my entire apartment complex

I have a hunch it was a conscious decision by Ather so as to avoid throwing a scene due to false alarms. Even if it does make a sound, it should ideally stop after 3-5 alerts just to act as a deterrent methinks.
