Important update for Rizta Pro Pack owners

Facing issue with January 2025 update… Skid control in Rizta Z doesn’t seem to work…

Check the image, after the update the skid control option remains off and it won’t turn to ON even after multiple attempts. But the skid control icon is showing constantly but the option remains off…

And lastly, I have felt skidding recently as well in conditions where I didn’t face issues before the update…

What to do??

I tried restarting the scooter but the issue remains.

Rizta have lot of Issues, Ather Energy and @tarun should focus on Their Service

450x dashboard is also a buggy and laggy mess Good thing i dont use anything on it just wanted it for the bigger battery pack and duo charger

My Gen 2 Dashboard is not Laggy and Good

I also only use Maps, Maybe Try to Shutdown and Turn On Once

Try to Visit Service Center and Explain the Situation. Ask them to Reinstall the Software from their System

Rizta has many problems i.e. noise in front visor glass, tight handle, not charging at Ather Fast Charging etc

Received new update on Rizta Z 3.7KWh

I am already on AS 6.01, so I hope they fixed SC issue. Didn’t update rn as busy with work. Once I get back home, will install it.

Sorry, was busy later on, so did not reply.

They have added language support for Hindi, a new notification panel for vehcile events like if it is in low power or any errors with the vehicle. They have fixed the SkidControl thing as well

I Recently (Jan 18th 2025) took Ather Rizta z 3.7 KWH model, currently below are the issues facing from Feb 12 2025 not even a month.

Network disabled in scooter
Dashboard is in Factory mode
Range sudden drop from 30% 30Km to 30% 17KM
Magic twist not working
After charging to 85% showing range 50KM only

I have raised issue in 12th Feb but still ko resolution. Very disappointed seeing this
