Hello , i got my Ather rizta S 2.9 with proPACK its been 10 days since purcahse i am facing problem with the dashboard it suddenly shuts down some times its get off and after 2 sec it automatically turns on . Is there any one who is facing this issue ? and my turn by turn navigation is also not working after connecting to blutooth

I have a Rizta Z, and a little while ago my scooter slipped to the left side because of mud. But the strange thing is that when the scooter slipped, the skid control turned off — normally it always stays on, but at that critical moment it switched off. And the biggest issue was that although the fall-safe was on, the motor didn’t cut off.
During the skid, the speed was around 5–15 km/h.

Similar Case happened in Coimbatore and the Customer’s Father fell down. App also didn’t give notification

In my rizta skit control is always on by setting but when my vechile skit it automatically turned off

In still waiting for the new update on my Rizta Z. Still no sign. Was under assumption that this should have come by now. Anyone else waiting for the same? I had booked my bike in the first week and got it delivered the first month it got released.
After Ather stack 7 update on my rizta 3.7 kw indicator are turning on late its laggy software synch with app is late sometime no synch . Range drop is observed .

Can you please share your iPhone iOS screenshot having call decline with sms/text message. Even I don’t have it on my iPhone but I can see it on my Android phone.

I’m experienced that when you are riding only then you get call notification.
If this not work then uninstall and reinstall Ather app try to reconnect
As per Ather mobile app guide call decline with sms option is available only for android but from last two months customer care is trying to solve my issue on iOs …i dont know how many more days i need to wait . ![]()
Do you get the stack 7 update as i still didn’t recieve the update on my rizta Z 3.7kwh model. I purchased the scooty in Dec 2024.
I have reported this a year back to Ather. After lots of followups, calls, emails, tickets and visits to their service center, finally in Feb 2025 the Ather team assured me they had collected all the necessary data and would be releasing a patch “very quickly.” Naturally, I assumed “very quickly” meant something like 10 days… not 10 months (or maybe they meant 10 years or 10 decades and forgot to mention it?

Despite multiple follow-ups via email, calls and support tickets, I haven’t received any update — not even a courtesy reply with their timelines for the fix. I had just added a post in the Ather Rizta design issues forum some time back today. So looks like this issue is seen for others too.
