For me nothing is happening it is always saying scooter is not reachable even when I am standing beside the scooter. Useless features

is not useless feature. its amazing and very helpful feature. AFAIK “Ping my scooter” dont use bluetooth, so you standing near the scooter has no role. It works through internet.

Is internet signal fine on your Ather… is your app syncing ?

@Devdatta Check the Internet connectivty. I am also facing the issue. What I observed is if the Internet connectivty is poor it will not ping the vehicle.

Yes I will try to do it when network is more strong. But generally this feature is to find the vehicle in parking lot because we tend to forget the exact location and generally parking lots are also having very less network so I doubt if this will work there as well that’s why I called it as useless feature.

Good point but calling this feature “useless” is little too harsh.

I personally used it few malls with -1 parking and it worked flawlessly. And not everyone park in malls, it can be useful when you park in open parking too.
