Yes, exact same thing happened with my scooter. @smridhi.kalati Ather is now giving ola vibes with all these stupid software issues even after so much time of buying the scooter. A software so buggy that even a new software update can’t be installed
This is no ola vibe. Failing to update isn’t being ola. Rendering your vehicle unusable is being ola. Have patience. You’ll get it soon. Don’t rush for updates.
Same thing happened and I raised ticket now I got update and installed successfully
Today morning my Rizta Z 3.7 kwh recieved an update but it got stuck inbetween and not updating so i restarted the scooter. After that I went to the service centre and they have updated manually (flashing). From then the scooter was behaving weird. First it had an issue with sund of turn indicator and then I have again restarted the scooter so the problem went away. Now none of my features aren’t working like zip and smart mode, skid control, regen, magic twist, auto hold, guide me home lights, bluetooth etc and also my range is showing 1km even on 20% or irrespective of battery percentage. Even when charging it’s showing 1km range on scooter and on Ather app.
TPMS still not showing up in dashboard. How long we have to wait I don’t know.
Finally after restart TPMS value also started showing up in dashboard
Try to reboot it, if it still happens it might be battery problem. I had same issue it kept rebooting and many times it didn’t start.
Try restarting it again and if the problem persists show the service center, might be software issue.
