Having bad experience at Prayagraj service center, my scooter got minor accident with body panel damaged, it was submitted to service center on 19/10/2024 and it has been three days since, they are using my scooter in incognito mode; thinking that i’ll not know about this. But app still shows the odometer and battery percentage, they have used it more than 150kms withing three days , despite several warning to manger and other employees. Ather support team please look into the as it is creating very bad expression and making me rethinking of buying your scooter. @rohit.dalvi @smridhi.kalati
What the hell
A new day a new scam
I am also from prayagraj and They were charging me Rs12059 for Rto + insurance + portal charges while purchasing my 450s.While Rto charges here is only Rs300 and insurance cost was rs7679 (total=300+7679=7979) so they were charging me Rs4080 extra in the name of portal charges and aslo they were asking rs15000 for propack while it was clearly mentioned on website Rs13000 for propack.Already Ather is so expensive and they were trying to loot Rs6-7k extra on that.
They are still using it, please take an immmediate action. @smridhi.kalati
Good to raise a ticket too, with Ather customer care team.

Ather Rizta Display Issue: My Recent Experience
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a recent experience I had with my Ather Rizta, which I’ve been using for almost two months now. Earlier this month, I had to shut down the bike for about 10-15 days while I was traveling to my hometown during Navratri festival. When I returned, I switched it on without any issues and went about my usual routine, running errands like buying groceries. However, the next day, I noticed the display wasn’t turning on properly. All I could see was a dim light, but nothing else appeared. The good part was that the bike itself had no issues—it started and I could ride it without any problems.
Initially, I thought it might be due to a pending update, but after multiple rides, the display still didn’t come back on. Interestingly, the data syncs accurately to the app, so I can still track everything there. Unfortunately, it’s been over a week now, and I couldn’t make it to the service center earlier due to the heavy rains in Bangalore.
Another thing to note is that I had planned to visit the service center anyway, as they had previously contacted me about installing a nut on the front wheel, which wasn’t available during delivery—something that struck me as a bit odd.
Yesterday, I finally visited the service center and had them check the display issue. Initially, they hooked up the display to a laptop but didn’t find any faults. They had to open up the bike for a deeper inspection, and they mentioned that a similar issue occurred with a 450 model a few days ago. Apparently, some component (they mentioned “ECR” or something similar) needed replacement. I left the bike with them, and they assured me they’d sort it out within a couple of days.
As someone who has always been a big fan of Ather and regularly recommends the brand for its reliability, I’m disappointed to face this issue within just two months of purchase. I hope the Ather management is aware of this and looks into feedback from service centers to address this proactively before it affects more customers.
I’ll update once the issue is resolved. Posting some pics for reference.
Thanks! Ashish
Same issue me too how can solve it
Atleast the banglore sc have idea what they’re doing. North ones just know to rectify front suspension oil leak and break pads change
Get insurance from outside it saves you a lot of money I personally brought mine from New India Assurance for around 5800 it includes Personal Accident, 5 year TP, 1 Year OD, Zero Depreciation & Return to Invoice
I bought rizta s two days ago and I couldn’t connect via bluetooth, ride history and stats are not updated in the app plus I can’t reboot - tried holding both brakes and motor button for 10 sec but only thing that happens is screen goes off for a sec and then comes back on. Does anyone know how to resolve this.
Update- It’s been over four days, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I followed up with the service center yesterday, and they informed me that they’ve submitted a request to the internal team. However, they haven’t received any updates yet. They assured me that they’ll escalate the matter and ensure it’s ready in time for Diwali. Let’s hope for the best. .
I think you need to wait for an update. The Bluetooth connectivity started only after the the update

Hi, New Rizta Owner here.
It’s been a week and I am not able to view the TPMS readings on either phone or on Rizta dashboard. App is up to date, should I restart the scooter or something ? Please let me know.
You need updated Ather stack 6 to see TPMS reading on dashboard.
