Recently, when I was writing the following reply I realised how Series 1 lost its identity one by one.
Context for newer people who don’t know what is Collectors Edition.

They had promised 4 things, which made it unique.
1. Special UI for dashboard
The bootup animation had Series 1 branding and the old UI had Red lines, kind of like Apex but pretty basic.
After Atherstack 5 launch they removed the bootup animation from all, the branding is now on the homepage of the dashboard. 450+, 450x, 450 Apex all has their branding but not 450x Series 1.
Just like Apex UI they could’ve added something similar, but more subtle or simple than Apex like it was before for the Speedometer background.
2. Black colour
This was going to be the limited edition, this colour and style was going to be limited. But in the Community Day 23, they launched Gen 3.1 in new Cosmic Black colour, due to its high demand. Obviously! It’s black!
3. Sticker style
The Series 1 had different stickers, 450x just had 450x sticker on the side fairing panel but Series 1 had big Series 1 sticker continuing from the side fairing panel to the floating panel.
But after launch of Gen 4 with 450s they almost used that styling as well for the Gen 4 450x
4. Translucent/Transparent Panels
The Apex marketing and hype of the transperant panels! Those panels were originally going to be on Series 1, but they could not make it strong enough, so they had to make them translucent. And people had to wait many months after getting their vehicle to change their panels from full black (which were given with the vehicle at the time of delivery) to translucent panels.
See, how with every newer generation its identity kept on loosing and then Apex came and Series 1 lost everything.
