Bluetooth connection was smooth and worked well on a 8KM ride.

Today I tested the range and I got 100 kms for usage of 96% of battery. Still I will get another 4 kms for remaining 4 % of battery

I have been getting good efficiency in Sports mode. Not so in Ride mode though. Which mode did you use? These are two rides I did today with pillion on Pune City roads with fair amount of traffic.
I am facing range issues! Range is very low. I am getting like 65 kms range in eco. Driving at top speed of 45 in eco. Also warp mode is never like earlier i feel.

@abhishek.balaji App sync issue is big in this update. Have contacted dev team also. Standard reset was a temporary fix and issue reoccurred. This needs to be resolved asap. I have reopened my ticket with your dev team.

I have maintained 30 to 50 kmph. For short duration, I have used sports mode as well. First 1 hr , I used ride mode and maintained 45 kmph. Then after I used eco mode and maintained 30 to 45 kmph.

The horn started at random for 3-5 seconds without actually pressing the horn.

Hi, I noticed that youâre connected to WiFi in the screenshots. I had an issue wherein it just wouldnât sync over WiFi but would do so over mobile data. Raised a ticket, was told that itâs an issue just with my phone but still you can give it a try. Force close the app, clear the cache and then open the app with mobile data.

Sure will give that a shot if i face this issue again. I had again reset my dash and it started syncing again. I am pretty sure it is going to do it again.
Though got an iOS beta software update todayâŚHoping it will work fine even though there is no mention of the fix for this issue in the description.

I never got theft/tow detection alert even when my ather is being moved around 5 to 10 mtrs from where i parked. I am a connect pro user from day one. iOS app is a developed with full of bugs and it never sync properly, i have two different ios devices and both sync differently, Navigation bug i mentioned in forum as well as via email and call to ather but still no change, So i would like to ask abhishek.balaji that will i be ever get what i paid for ??? or please give these buggy system free of cost so that ppl wont complain !!!

Yesterday while i was riding the bike in the evening with bluetooth connected, the theme got automatically switched to dark theme at 6PM. Immediately the bluetooth is disconnected and the bluetooth icon showing non discoverable mode.
When i stopped at a signal i tried to tap the icon to change to discoverable mode to check if it connects back automatically with phone, but it doesnât.
Kindly rectify these type of issues in the updates at the earliest as these kind of issues are keep on repeating even after several updatesâŚ!!!

Today I rode my Ather 450x. I have got 104 kms range for using of 100% of battery.
My major observation is that in any mode ,maintain 50kmph speed by only giving 20% of throttle. Do not give more throttle above 25% of full throttle and once you reach 50 kmph speed, try to maintain the throttle at max 25 % only. Throught the the ride, I maintained 50 kmph speed. I have maintained upto 60 kmph max speed till 0 to 50% of battery usage. From 50 to 100% of battery usage, I have maintained 50 kmph speed only in ECO mode. In ECO mode, with 25% of throttle, you will get 50kmph speed. If you still further increase the throttle, that will drain battery and speed will be limited to 50kmph only by Software.So in any of the mode try to maintain 50 kmph by 20% of throttle only. My recommendation would be ECO mode with constant 50 kmph speed. At worst case we will get 100 kms range.

Latest update is worst.
Below are issues faced by me. 1:App sync wonât work most of time. Had to hard reset. 2: navigation panel become blank sometimes . Itâs hard when you depend on map . Had to stop by and set it again 3: same while using map. Suddenly display panel restart. 4: Today morning , right indicator automatically started blinking . I turned off indicator. Later it was not working. Left one was working fine. Thought of raising complaint. Just tried with hard reset . It was working.
Yaar @abhishek.balaji @tarun please fix bug asap atleast. Please donât make customer feelings from excited to own Ather to regret opting for it .

Actually I tried to add the statistics. Itâs not added. Can you pls tell me how to add ride statistics via app?
You could share the same by going into the app, choosing the ride,clicking the share button and then selecting Ather Community. or just simply screenshot the stats and share it under the mileage archives thread.
