@abhishek.balaji I have few doubts regarding the new update notes (improvement&bug fixing)

  1. Can u brief the meaning of 3rd point.
  2. Will the Ather grid session in monthly log or daily log?
  3. Any difference in charging time for ather grid 2.0 Any physical difference for 1.0 and 2.0?

In some cases, the navigation was too persistent. If you ended a ride while using navigation, and turned on the scooter the next morning, it would load back the route. That has been fixed.

This is in the monthly ride log. Some Ather Grid sessions were not reflecting in the ride log for a few owners, which has been fixed.

We’ll start sharing details about Ather Grid 2.0 in a few weeks :zipper_mouth_face:

I just hope that new update doesnt drain much battery . Also option to turn off tow / theft detection feature is available

After the new update the battery efficiency is very low

Theft and Tow Detection is only for those who are on an active Connect Pro subscription.

What makes you say that? Can you share more details?

I second that. Normal efficiency with the same riding pattern is above 30

After update the range of scooter is not accurate battery :battery: going to low very fast

There is no solution You guys try to make the software a little better I saw ola features And I am just shock about listen about that features of ola scooter Voice command Mood theme change Auto lock unlock scooter And most important navigation is totally free

It sounds crazy ather have lock the Bluetooth feature also plus model

As far as i know you can request CC to push a previous build. We should have an option to toggle update on off option on request but again whom am i kidding. Try doing that see if it works

ather plus is not reboot after the update kindly resolve the issue

@abhishek.balaji ,

I am a connect pro user and I couldn’t get theft alert when after moving the vehicle vigorously. Moved the vehicle in locked state and also lifted the back wheels above the ground by a few inches but still no alert. What am I missing?

It does not work 80% of the time, its a hit and a miss for most of the user but the update was pushed just for namesake in my opinion.
