There was no Alphonso yellow in Bengaluru deliveries yday. Looks like this color was is not available yet.
450S seat is not at all comfortable… it is soft, and we have to sit like knees up because of height of floor board, and can’t sit back because of difference in pillion seat height… i wish could get harder and comfortable seat for 450S and other 450s
Isn’t the seat the same as a 450X Gen3.1+ seat?
They increased the seat softness and decreased the height to accomodate more users.
I’d rather have that seat than my current really high and hard 450X Gen3 seat.

I have a 450S and I don’t find the seat uncomfortable in terms if knee height etc. the only thing I doing like is that I can’t move back a lot when riding alone because of the slant … I slip and come ahead again.

Young people filled with adrenaline may find it slow. But I think its a great option for senior/older people who still have to ride a two wheeler. In all of my rides today, I started with SmartEco but switched to Zip within few mins. I was able to go max around 55Km/h in SmartEco mode.
i found smart eco useless until stack 5 update for my 450x and wings of power helped me understand it more easily.its really great for long journeys you can go full on trottle without any worry but in city daily use zip mode shloud be more than enough
on full battery on 450x it starts with sport mode power and if you use it correctly with regen you can use that much power through whole journey than being locked in eco 50kmph
That’s soooo very true reason number : 69 That’s why I don’t trust any online reviews especially on EV topics those PPL will have no past experience of it yet blabber all this I to was really wondering if its really that bad cuz I know how effective smart eco is in stop and go traffic and with Rizta with magic twist it would obviously be even better
Iam riding Ather rizta from 19days and i figure out that after the first ride covered a distance of 300 meters, there was a sudden 1% decrease in battery % during the morning ride…

They say a journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Yesterday was the first day of my journey with Ather Rizta.
This is my first EV two wheeler. Having read and seen several reviews about the company and the Rizta scooter, I am looking forward to a wonderful experience as a Rizta owner.
Every company aims to provide a happy and satisfactory experience to its customers, for therein lies it success. And I truly believe Ather is one such company. And I hope Ather will keep it customers happy by listening to them and adapting changinsg wherever possible in addition to their ongoing innovation and update programs.
First experiences are crucial, as it gives a new customer the much needed assurance about the decision they have taken to invest their time and money in a company they have trusted.
I want to share my first experience with the community. Yesterday I picked the scooter from the showroom and the delivery experience was made memorable by the courteous staff at the showroom. The sales and technician staff provided a detailed demo of all the functions and features and was glad to answer all my queries. On my way back from the showroom, I noticed that the display screen had stopped functioning!. Since this is my first experience with Rizta, I presumed the screen could have turned off. As soon as I reached home, I tried switching on the screen, but it didn’t work! I immediately called the showroom and the sales team asked me to reboot the vehicle. Having worked with computers for a long time, I was uneasy at the thought of rebooting my EV scooter, on the first day of ownership itself. However the reboot didn’t work and the vehicle was taken back to the showroom for a checkup!
The showroom called me after a few hours to inform me that the scooter had automatically started an OTA update during the middle of the ride! Luckily I was on my way back home, and was not relying on map to reach my destination. Had I been heading to a different spot, relying on the Ather connection geolocation features, it would have been a very bad experience.
One bad experience won’t change a person’s perspective, but a bad experience on the first instance is sure to raise concerns or worries. Hopefully this will be the first and last glitch or issue, and I look forward to using my Rizta. However, as an Ather’s new customer, I would love to hear what the Ather technical staff has to say about this issue.

These OTA updates should start with rider consent. Many people got late to office due to early morning OTA updates. Good thing about Ather is that basic functionality(riding) is not impacted by dashboard down etc.
Day 2 - Problem 2: the ignition unit is so tight, that the key has to be pulled out by forced. When I informed the sales rep, he responded saying it is because of the rain.
Problem 3: Left side rear view mirror started wobbling. The rep was quick to respond that I might have hung the helmet on it or some heavy object. I never did any of those.
It appears the product was released at a haste without any quality check, or the distributor or store is not doing a good job at assembling accessories and even worse at handling customer queries. They are on defense mode. We dont know. You(customer) is to blame.
Even I had this issue when I bought my 450X, for about a week or 2. With use it became normal for me. So please do update regarding this after a few more days.
About this please check or get someone from the experience center you bought from check the bolts or screws that hold the mirror are fastened appropriately.
Picked up Rizta Z 3.7 on August 1st.
First impression, great scooter. Zip mode makes it all the difference, especially on uphill where smart eco, with full throttle was capped at 25km/h.
As someone who isn’t familiar with navigating to the destination without navigation, the one thing I was excited about was the Google-powered navigation which was underwhelming to say the least. At times, the direction shows turn X when the navigation route (blue line) shows Y. Luckily, I was familiar with the route at that time, so I didn’t have to rely on the navigation – it was disappointing but not discouraging when other areas of the Rizta makes up for it.
I paid for the pro pack and connectivity, but they failed to activate for me, since they didn’t mark my scooter as delivered, which took time. After few calls and raising complaint via scoial media platform, I was pleasantly surprised by the personal call from one of the escalation agent who quickly resolved the issue.
Overall, happy to be part of the Rizta family and enjoyed every bit of the Rizta.
My question is two-fold

What are all the features that is currently available? The only ones I see and have are the usual - navigation, autohold, magic twist etc… but what I am more interested are the Ping My Scooter, Tow & Theft Alerts, Whatsapp on Dash, CAll & Music Control, Auto-reply on SMS – which are the things I am lacking on my scooter. I’m on Atherstack 6. Is it available but not yet activated or is it not available on this current update version?

Is there a way to figure out what rizta trim level one has based on the VIN? I don’t see Rizta Z 3.7 anywhere on the receipt.
