Btw, anyone know how much time it takes for flashing the new software? I just went to the service center and they said they’ll need to keep it for 2 days.
I need the vehicle every day so kinda impossible to give it for 2 days

Hey, I just checked I’m on the AS30.6.00-202438 version and the lag is dominant even while the vehicle is idle. I just stopped navigating through the bike and use the app now.
Also regarding the flashing when my bike was like a day old they had to take the bike for flashing since the pro pack wasn’t getting activated so it takes about 45 mins - 1 hour. Even after flashing it was unsuccessful so they advised me to keep the bike for 2 days which was totally uncalled for. As a daily commuter we require a two wheeler either for work or any other emergency. So I had to request them for a stand by bike which they provided for 2 days. The reason why they said they require 2 days is because sometimes the cloud update fails and they don’t want to promise the customer a time of pickup, but I feel it should be resolved by the next day.

Hey guys, so recently I have been having issues wherein there is so much lag on the display that I have literally started the motor and riding but the display has still not started, it’s completely dead, after I drive 8-10kms the display turns on, the bike doesn’t allow me to do a hard reset cause of this lag. I have recorded a video of this during riding but I can’t upload it since I am new to the community( guidelines aren’t allowing me) for these issues idk why I have to take my Ev to the service centre when it should be self diagnosed and resolved on point. Annoying!!!
Also the app isn’t syncing very well, been having delay in 2-3+ hours to check on the battery % & charging from the app. Anyone has any solution to this issue?

@smridhi.kalati It’s 17th December 2024, still waiting for Call and Music Control, WhatsApp on Dash, Live Location Sharing, Ping My Scooter. By the way, I bought my Rizta Z mid variant on 07th December 2024, so when can I expect these features to be rolled out?

All of these features are already rolled out with AtherStack 30.6.00-202438 around Oct end. Wait for it to be pushed out to your Rizta. Alternatively, you may visit nearest SC and request them for manual update.

After the Ather app update my rizta use to sync instantly with my scooter so few days back while riding my network went I went 7 to 8 km and no network was there once I reached home I restarted the scooter and after the restart my scooter went into factory mode 
I restarted again and it went but now my scooter takes 4 to 8 hrs to sync I can’t even ping my scooter or see the rang

Same. I was happy that the app resolved the issue, but oh boy, was that happiness so short lived, lol.
I had to restart the scooter since send location to scooter was not working, after the restart, it doesn’t sync instantly, but yeah not that bad, it does sync every hour or so.

If we are 100% confident that justice is denied even after all sort of efforts from our side for a resolution, then don’t hesitate to lodge a complaint.

I have faced same issue several times because scooter handle will be tilted to extreem left and i have pressed horn button unknowingly.
