Got the second update. The Bluetooth naming has been fixed and live location sharing and ping my scooter are available now.

My Rizta Z 3.7kWh got updated just now. Ping my scooter and live location sharing shown now. Bluetooth is not getting connected now.

I got new update and when I tried installed by turning off Scotter As Per instruction but it did not install. I forcibly restarted scooter now update is gone. I dont know how to get the update again

My Rizta 2.9 got updated successfully without any issue… Not yet tried Live Location Sharing.

Try zip mode every time you might get 95 to 105 range with speed upto 65 kmph. If you drive 70 to 80 kmph youll get only 65 to 70 km range

Same thing happened with me too… It got stuck after turn off key and I did restart after a few minutes but alas the update thing disappeared altogether. I guess tonight I might get the option again.

@smridhi.kalati After recent updates, following are my observations.

For Live Location Sharing - A message is being sent to the emergency contact but without tracking link.
-
On the display, suddenly some letters are missing like % symbol for battery% and KM word in range and for 105KM it is showing 10 like that during middle of ride. I have tried to reset the dashboard and after resetting the dashboard, few of them are coming back and few others are going away like odo reading etc.
Please refer to the below images for your reference.
- Even app is not getting synced after ride is completed. It syncs after 2 or 3 hours and also current ride on the scooter is getting reset very late.

@smridhi.kalati @tarun Another issue after latest update is
Earlier while riding, we were able to answer, decline or disconnect call(after answering). But after recent update, we were able to answer but after answering we were unable to disconnect the call unless bike is stopped.
Please fix this issue at the earliest.

Do you have tpms installed in your rizta? If yes does the new software update solve the tpms issue? Are the tpms readings now available on the dashboard?

No. Hyd Pride motors Madhapur people were not ready to install TPMS for Rizta. They keep saying “we have not received SOP for installing TPMS for Rizta. Once we receive an SOP we will inform you”. Now They are not even responding.

My case is completely opposite. The dealership did not have any idea on how to pair the tpms with the rizta dashboard nor does the SC have a clue about it, they still went ahead and installed the tpms hardware. 3 months now and i still cant see my tpms, neither on the dashboard nor on the app

Same thing happend with me today.
I received a update on my Ather rizta dashboard when i clicked on update it was showing me key off to proceed.
After switching off the key the screen got stucked.
So finally i rebooted the vehicle and when i checked update was not available.
HAS ANYBODY ELSE FACED THIS ISSUE ? HAVE THE GOT THE UPDATE ?
