Hi @smridhi.kalati, It’s Been 1week got over few options are not available.

  1. Bluetooth is off in Rizta and cannot pair with mobile.
  2. Ping my scooter is not available
  3. Unable to upload documents from Ather mobile Android.
  4. Experience center is telling, we have to wait but no ETA?
  5. What’s the ota update version which fixes all these.

Using a rizta, saw Ather450x on my App, on the incognito mode notifiaction.

The screen was stuck while driving had to give an ign cycle. Hope somebody is seeing this will try to raise a ticket in app.

PS: The app has latest update

@smridhi.kalati We are at the end of September, yet no news of any update. Theres a lot of issues with the current software in the rizta, even the tpms support which was supposed to come out in the first update isnt working with the scooter. Could you please provide any news as to when this second update can be expected to roll out?

There is not fixed time of getting the updates. As the EC told you , you need to wait until your vehicle receives the update. Only then you will be able to use Bluetooth. Ping my scooter wii be enabled after 2nd OTA update which we all are waiting

Both Bluetooth and live location sharing not available in my new Rizta S dashboard. Available in mobile only.

Mobile app also not working properly. It always shows “your app is outdated”. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled three times. But no use. Charging will history updated only on next day. It not give the charging alert at the time of charging also.

I just got minor Dashboard update today for Rizta z.

  • Bluetooth is enabled. (I see wrong name 450X instead of Rizta however)
  • I see “Twist” highlights on dashboard when I reverse the liver on scooter.

Not sure what else they’ve added.
