Did it completely turn off or itvgot restarted . As for me it got restart few times but the motor never stopped working during rhe reboot

Got Ather mobile app updated to v10.2.0 today . But when are we getting the 2nd phase of updates for our vehicle hopefully reaolving all the current issues and not creating new once🤞

The motor did not stop for me as well. Had to restart my scooter by turning key off and then on to have my screen back into action. I did not restart until I reached the destination as I was afraid it would not start again at all.

My rizta has been having a sync issue for too long now, it syncs after very long periods of time, like an hour or so. Anyone else with this issue?

Yes. I am using Rizta 2.9kwh. I have seen this always 3 to 5 km less range against battery charge percentage.

Rizta is equipped with a Jio sim to send data to the app. If your network is not proper then you will face network issues.

I have weird observation. For me, it syncs with less frequency (hourly , 2 hourly) when at home. It syncs perfectly/regularly when I am out.

I know, i have a 450x as well and it syncs just fine at my home. So rizta also should not have any network issues

What’s the range you guys are getting with Rizta z 2.9? I have just got around 60km range in which hardly 2-3kms are driven in the zip mode otherwise always ridden in the smart eco mode. Here is the screenshot, I have set the trip to 0 when it was charged to 100%. Any idea what might be the issue for such less range?

Recently I see the syncing frequency reduced and I think it is intentional to reduce battery drain when rizta is not in use.

For some reason, the Bluetooth song options won’t disappear even when I’m not playing any music or have the music app open. It shouldn’t be visible unless a song is actively playing on your phone. It’s been a day, and after several drives, the song still shows up. If I accidentally press the center button while driving, the song starts playing regardless of whether headphones are connected. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

My RiztaS also having same issue, even sometimes its not updated the trips too and if try to search in app for how much we ride today the data isn’t match.
