Check the network level in your region. Rizta comes with a Jio 4g sim. if network is not proper then there will be sync issues
Hi Team, Its very simple as the mode name " smart Eco" dont push the vehicle throttle as you desired ! just give gentel throttle as some extent and wait for the vechile for max speed, then again thrilled little…rest the mode will do for you!!! recently i ve achieved 70Kms/H 
I bought Rizta S 25 days before but i can’t able to connect Bluetooth even after active Pro-pack also Google map navigation not available, can anybody tell me when it can be operative or activated by Ather?

Not floor mat but I got frunk, side step, storage organizer and TPMS installed on my Rizta Z.
You need to receive an update for your vehicle. Once you receive and install the update , you will be able to use Bluetooth. The update is pushed from Ather and there is no exact time when they will push it for your vehicle
After the recent update i have observed following issues.

Autohold Getting Disabled more frequently and showing disabled icon more frequently.

Still No Option to turn on or off indicator sounds.

Magic Twist working perfectly sometimes, sometimes behaving like not that much effective as it is used to be.

Dark theme should be made available.

The joystick operation is not smooth, sometimes have to press 2 to 3 times to operate anything.

Joystick operation while riding should be enabled such that atleast rider can operate only navigation related things like ending navigation or anything like that.
Today i faced an incident with autohold, I am waiting at a signal on road infront of Ather EC Hitech City.
I pressed the brake lever and the bike is showing Autohold. I am then relaxing, as autohold is active. Suddenly, the bike starting rolling back as there is slope and while looking at display, autohold was automatically released and there is no symbol that autohold is disabled.
Please don’t trust on autohold guys. Ather needs to resolve these issues on priority keeping safety in their point of view.
Please bring these updates to Ather rizta
- Dark mode
- Let us use the map without setting any navigation, just to see where we are.
- Brightness issue in night, in autobrightness mode it is not the lowest setting possible. Please let us select the brightness intensity for night, or give us dark mode.
- Increase the font size for older people, or give us option to do that
Agree with all this. Additionally,
- within 2 charges, my scooter started showing less kms. Previously it was 100 per full charge, now it shows around 97.
- Still waiting for Bluetooth update. Without it, most of pro pack features are useless.
- Display gets heated in 30 mins of sunlight.
guys, the showroom is asking me 4k for rto registration. Am i getting taken advantage of? They told me something on the line about the number plate charge being included.
Which city ? In Bengaluru, they charge around Rs 800 for registration.
They’re charging 2500 in Hassan since they have to “bribe” the RTO officials
This is wrong… why should you bribe… registration is a straight forward process.
I am having the same issues in rizta Z 2.9. Most worry is battery sudden percentage drop even without ride
People with tpms on their rizta’s, is your tpms showing up on the dashboard or even in the app?
On Rizta, dashboard doesn’t show TPMS values as of now. It does show correct readings on the Ather app though.
