Sharing my experience with charging Rizta with Ather Grid. I needed a quick top up for about 20 mins. Initially Ather grid wasnt charging my Rizta. Tried few times. Then rebooted the Rizta and charging started. Hope this might help fellow Rizta users.

Totally agreed. Exactly facing the same issue. Went to a speed of 58 on smarteco. As soon as i start the ride, battery drops to 98 within the first km . Maintains well later post 90

Hi, Yesterday I started charging my Ather Rizta, it was charging as usual. Then we turned it off in late at night to avoid overcharging. Early morning when we switched the power on. It wasn’t charging. I went to check my scooter, the moment I switched on the scooter, it was showing OS is being updated. Is software getting updated in the background the reason why the scooter wasn’t getting charged?

You can raise ticket with Ather support.
Mind sharing some more details. Which scooter ? Which atherstack abd app version. What exact issue you are facing.

2nd week of owning a Ather Rizta. I am facing the flapping sound issue when I hit a speed breaker or pothole. Documents uploaded from Mobile app are now showing up on scooter. Floor mats are not available for Rizta online too?
Anyone facing these issues or have solution to these?

Ather stack 6 is not update in ritza, if it’s updated then why I am not getting updates in my scooter. Really software updates very slow. After paid all the money to Ather they have not given full usage of apps. Only advertisement thay made but on ground there is no updates. Why the wrong advertisement to be done. If they are still updating the apps. They why market advertisement given. It’s really make sense.

TPMS is not working properly this far It shows static value on display and phone app shows different value.

Current AtherStack 6 is not ready for TPMS. It will be enabled with next AS6 update expected this month. Plz refer mobile reading till next update.

Last two days not able to connect mobile app to dashboard using Bluetooth. It’s not connecting I tried un pairing and pairing, hard reset of scooter. Nothing worked. Now TPMS reading in app also Blocked because of this issue. Any one facing issue with Bluetooth connectivity?

I got an update for my Rizta Z pro pack. Before the update, my Ather Stack’s version was 30.6.00-202432. But Bluetooth function was disabled. So they pushed an update onto scooter and when I updated, I got Bluetooth connectivity but lost the ability to change drive modes(Zip and Eco)… I am a pro pack owner yet after update I lost the ability to change modes and my reverse mode is not working and I am unable to see coasting regen function in my dashboard.
Very disappointed with Ather Tech team. Why to rush updates if they are so full of bugs

Yes I tried restaring 4-5 times but of no avail.
After two hours, now the modes are being shown and coasting regen is available too.
I guess after update, their backend database needs to get updated because of which many functionalities were not working immediately after update. Now after few hours, all seems to work fine, touchwood!
