Dude it’s already one month delay… Nd waiting for few days more not possible… Just imagine opening 100 owners payment window… Payment process considering few may opt for loan or lease… Documents work,… den RTO work… It will take long.

That is completely justified statement…!
Practically not possible for delivering all athers within a day! And technically as rightly said by @suresshchand it will further delay the delivery process!
