I guess they must be opening payment window for many orders in Feb, as they have delivered very less (or may be none at all, I am not sure though) in Jan. I think you can wait till Feb end week to receive email.
Nope, Bangalore. I called on Jan 28 and was told payment window is expected to open in February first week for 179**
1646x opened Jan first week or so but I waited for 450x, now cancelled 450x and paid for 450

What exactly happens if payment within 15 days is missed? Is it that we need to wait for the next batch of 450s to roll into the finished goods section? Is there a deadline for payment as such failing which order gets cancelled or something like that? Any time frame for deferred payment? Kindly clarify.

calm down Man. I cancelled 450X and ordered 450. My order id is 339XX, it’s expected by April. Just imagine the numbers I’m 10K after you.

Payment windows are opened in batches when have enough vehicles to deliver. This is so that once you make the payment, we can deliver your scooter within 15-20 days as the promised timeline. If you miss the timeline, you can still make the payment, but we may not be able to promise the delivery timeline. Your order will not get cancelled.

@abhishek.balaji. When will the payment window open for next slot(Jan - Feb) of vehicles. Don’t ignore this message. I’ve already asked you several times. Give approximate week atleast.
@abhishek.balaji A per you answer i understand Even Though i miss to pay now,i can do Payment later and get the vehicle. If that is the case if any price change comes, whether it will be applicable? Also if i canceled after some months, whether i will get money(full amount)?
