I am neither Ather nor an owner. But from my experience at work, think that changing the current way the system of bookings processes orders, might have overhead, of not, mess up something.

** @abhishek.balaji the delivery status on dashboard shows only month which is not realistic. try to update last order number which is delivered on everyday basis in the dashboard. This will help in arrangement of funds for the customer having order nearing delivery.**
We’ll let you know immediately when the payment window opens for your Order ID. Once you have the payment window open, you’ll have 15 days to complete the payment 
I am not worried about my order. I am trying to make transparent delivery status which reflects for everyone who have done pre-order. Ather takes customer data for analysis, but customers do not know how many bikes coming out from factory.

Why it’s an issue for team ather to give approximate order no on dashboard …for payment window and delivery both separately …like order no 162xx…

Last digit can be hidden by x for privacy if someone is worried of privacy of order no…

What ever you tell here they will not tell you up to which number vehicle is delivered… there is no transparency

Yes, Ather SHOULD do it. Ather does respond to the emails with query on the delivery commitment saying that they will stick to the commitment specified during pre-order-----I do appreciate this. But are deliveries happening as per the dashboard? Going by the discussions, it appears sadly NO. So please update your customers on the running delivery status.

A note to everyone asking for delivery dates. I can understand your position having gone through that myself and It would be wonderful if they can display the delivery status. But prepare for one thing…if your Delivery date is Jan to Feb, prepare for Feb 29; if it is Feb-March, prepare for March 31st. by that time Ather will surely open the full payment window and 15 days from there, you’ll surely have your scooter. This is the worst case. I know it’s hard, but do resist from asking individual delivery status or upto which order ID have the deliveries finished. No company will provide that data and that level of transparency. Previously once they had postponed the delivery timeline (I was in that batch) but other wise the dashboard timeline has been fairly accurate as far as I’ve seen. only option is to try and gauge the approximate deliveries when new members post about it here.

For all who are looking for delivery dates, As hemanth mentioned if it is Feb-March, please prepare for March 31st. Below are my timelines.
Booking Done : 8-Sep
Delivery as per dash board : Oct-Nov
Payment window opened : 28-Nov
I have made the payment on 12-Dec and by 18-Dec, the vehicle was ready.

Request to new owners:
Please post your order ID, date of booking and date of delivery in this discussion once you take your delivery. That’s exactly what I did because that’s what I was looking for here before taking my delivery. This would help maintain the anxiety levels of upcoming owners.
You don’t have to post a pic or write a review.
PS: Although the sequence of order ID is important people who complete the payment process get their vehicles much earlier. For ex 19700 might get his delivery earlier when compared to 19600 if h/she makes direct full paymnet rather than going for loan or lease.

Hi guys… My payment window opened yesterday.
My booking id: 17056
Booking date : 02-Nov-2019
Delivery date on dash board : Jan-Feb
Payment window opened : 03-Feb-2020
As @sandeepbs and @hemanth.anand have mentioned, Ather will surely open the payment window for all on said date. I never made any calls to check about my booking status and was expecting to have the payment window opened between Jan end and Feb mid.
I was pleasantly surprised to see email from Ather yesterday. So I think we all should wait patiently for the email regarding payment window.

That is strange, my order ID is 179**, payment window not open yet but dashboard says Jan-Feb. Is your order from Chennai?
