Timeline of events from date of payment window opened.
- Payment window opened on 22nd and completed full payment on the same day
- Form 20 signed on 24th Oct.
- Ather dot installed on 25th Oct.
- Insurance copy received on 25th Oct.
Waiting for ather team to send Form 20 to RTO.
Expected delivery date is 6th Nov to 11th Nov.

So far the experience is smooth after the payment window has opened, will write my entire experience once i get the delivery. Although, there is a mismatch in the timelines shown in the app and the dashboard, the tech team might need a look at it.

Hi,. @abhishek.balaji ā¦booked my Ather on August 4thā¦ iD #14325 . Iāve sold my only vehicle which I had in August speculating a September deliveryā¦4 days from now itās going to be 3 months and there arenāt even signs that Iām going to get my Vehicle in November even with Oct-Nov expected delivery.
please donāt give customers a false delivery timeline. Iām facing a lot of problems using public transport from 2 monthsā¦ Please help me out hereā¦by the looks of the discussion the delivery wonāt happen in November. If it isnāt going to, youāll miss a genuine customer.

They donāt have proper services in Bangalore
And they have branched to Chennai
And delivery is happening there faster
Customer care have no idea what to tell us they only tell you wait wait its in process

My delivery is scheduled from 30 Oct - 4 Nov, no communication from Ather yet. Itās mentioned I would get a call for scheduling an appointment for delivery 3-4 days prior the delivery.

My order id is 13501, and delivery was scheduled within 4th Nov, if I call customer care they have no idea of whatās happening and asked me to wait until Monday for an update. Now, i donāt see delivery happening on Monday also.
I thought atleast the timelines after the payment is respected. Extremely disappointed by Ather. Now i am feeling I shouldnāt have bought the scooter by trusting them, maybe after a couple of years after they have sorted these issues, I could have got the scooter.
4 months of waiting for the payment window to open and again delays after the payment is made, completely not acceptable.
