Hey guys , my 450S was in shutdown for 3 days and today when I turned it on, it didn’t turn on. Nothing came on the screen and the horn or start button wouldn’t work either.
When it was shutdown 3 days ago the battery was 60%.
Anyone faced such an issue before?
Mine lost 14 percent battery in 17 days in shutdown mode recently. I guess they’ve messed it up with recent update.
Luckily mine was at zero and woke up so i put it to charge.
I get it that even in shutdown u lose 1% each day, so you going to 0 makes sense. I had 60% battery. So it couldn’t have gone to 0.
I will have to try to charge it tomorrow and see.
It seems like some new bug in shutdown mode. When I connected the charger the scooter turned on, the battery was at 55%, so it wasn’t the case of battery drain.
I then again put the scooter in shutdown and it would not turn on again. Had to connect the charger again.
I don’t use the scooter daily, so I shut it down regularly. Never had this issue previously.
As i pointed out. They have messed up shutdown mode in recent update.
I will try rebooting and then see if it resolves the issue, otherwise will raise a ticket.
Also, what’s the use of shutdown if the battery still drains by 1% daily ?
Exactly. My battery drains 1 percent without shut down mode too
Without shut down drains 3% Daily
Withou shutdown my battery drains by 6% daily. I have 450S model.

Oh by the way here’s a video of what I am experiencing.Rebooting did not help in any way.
Same happening in my 450s and in shut down mode its draining 2-3% overnight.
@ravirocks411 you mean if you put your 450s in shutdown it doesn’t start up until you connect the charger?
Mine is 450x. Its 15 months old approx. 6 percent per day is too much. Try keeping it where network reception is good
Even when I bought it the showroom people told 5-6% drain each day is normal. I am surprised you have only 1% drain 
No starting issue in my 450s only battery draining issue bro.

After the latest updates I have seen this issue as well …2% drop happenes very quickly…or even when you charge it to 100% and drive like 600-700 meters first 2% drop is real quick
