Booked my Ather on 14th April. Still havenât Received my vehicle.
They havenât called. Actually theyâll never call. I call them weekly once for an update and all they do is push you further without any info. Theyâll say No stock, no update, yet delivering March clients , Today marks my 20th call and they have just updated me saying delivery is no where possible before September. Ather is failing to deliver its promises related to customer experience. I definitely agree, itâs a great product. But customer relationship is dead.

I really hope they can give a better update atleast now that their promised timeline has lapsed, They need better MIS reporting and information flow to right ppl at right time.
There can be hint of arrogance due to quality, but as soon as a new product with equal value of quality comes, this arrogance will cost them Heavy

Got my Ather delivered today! The delivery was actually scheduled on 11th but I couldnât collect it due to prior commitments! Finally collected the vehicle today and I gotta say the vehicle is a total beast and Iâm enjoying every bit of it so far!!

They will never call you. You have to act little harsh on them. I myself called them more than 50times and the salesman says Government subsidy is taking time, passing of vehicle is pending, only grey colour is available, etc etc. And still my delivery is pending.
I had pre ordered in May and i just got a mail from them saying that delivery dates will be pushed to minimum 150-180 daysâŚthatâs adding another 3 months from the original promised delivery. My office was going to open in October and I had ordered thinking Iâll get the bike by September. But now it looks like i wonât be getting the bike till December now. Saddened with these delivery pushbacks, thinking of getting another vehicle now

Which city have you booked?, for me in Bengaluru they are telling grey is not available, other colors are available

Bangalore JP Nagar. Space grey. They havenât even given me the option of choosing colours. I just need a bike to travel. Colour is secondary at the moment.

We know that itâs been a long wait from pre-booking your Ather 450X GEN-3,
Due to the increase in demand for orders and fluctuations in the stock, and due to supply chain disruption and shortage of semiconductors for production of scooters, the deliveries of the vehicles are getting delayed. The waiting period has increased to 150 to 160 working days tentatively from the date of pre-order.
Regret the inconvenience caused due to the longer waiting period.

Just go to showroom and ask them. My friend booked from JP Nagar in April last week and he got the payment window open last week
Hi Manish, When did you book your vehicle? I have pre-booked on May 28th, They said 2 months is the waiting period. When I called after two months they said 90 days is the waiting period. Today I called Customer support, they are saying 90-120 days is the waiting period and the payment link has been opened for the Apr booking. Only God knows when will the vehicle delivers. Itâs frustrating and feeling we can get the latest Ola S1 faster in Sep itself with little performance compromise with range. And the price is also very aggressive.
