i am Ather 450S owner having propack too and considering i will get all future update as Ather family so ping my scooter is basic feature giving normal TVS jupiter too

I update my Ather 450x at morning and travel to delhi. I found battery draining is very faster after installed Ather stack 6.

How difficult is it to include display of date on the dashboard. I have requested this feature so many times as it helps to assist in odd Even parking days. Please do something. Have to confirm date from mobile in such situations.

Most people here feels this will clutter dashboard. But I don’t think so. Date can be included in the top bar along with time. Like in macOS.
In addition, I request an option for choose between 12hr, 24hr time format.

Yes, in the feature request channel, many people suggested useful features simple enough to implement, but Ather has not replied to any of the comments nor shown interest in any sign of considering the new features. Then what is the use of discussion in a forum? Is there any other way to send new feature requests???

After my scooter (450x Gen 2) got updated to version 10.6.01 in mid December, I started noticing range drop while riding. Before the update I used to get around 90-95km of range in a full charge from my riding style, but after the update the range dropped to around 40km in a full charge. Even when I had battery imbalance I used to get more than 60km of range. I was planning on taking it to the service centre on 31st of December and thats when I came to know from two of my friends that they too are facing similar issues with their scooters as well. So I called the EC to ask about it and they told me that it was the update that is causing the issue and a fix would be pushed later this week, so I dropped my plan on visiting the EC that day as I did not have time and could manage my daily commutes with fast charging in between for the time being. But on the way back home from office, my scooter went into limp mode in the middle of a highway which gave me a death scare, limiting power and speed to 30km/h in every modes. On reaching back home with 11% charge, I plugged it in at 8pm like I usually do, but the next morning when I unplugged, it had only charged till 52% in 12hrs. When pullged into the home charger, it kept on looping from charging to intializing and when plugged into a fast charger, it would show not charging. I took the scooter to the EC on 1st Jan and it has been there without a solution till date.

Also, do any of the rizta owners facing sync issue with app? Like, if i connect my rizta to charger it is syncing properly and also if i am riding the bike it is syncing properly. Once i stop riding, it stops syncing for hours and app shows synced 6hrs back like that and if again i go to bike turn it on and keep riding it starts syncing with app. Does anyone have similar issue with your rizta?

Today i have received an update 30.6.01 to my rizta.
Still there is no option to turn off indicator sound and there is no option for dark theme etc.
Observed one issue that, even though my skid control is on showing symbol on dashboard in settings it is showing as OFF and not turning ON after the update.
I tried resetting the dashboard but still it is the same.
@smridhi.kalati @rohit.dalvi for your attention.
Also, it was noticed that in rizta being a non touchscreen we were unable to scroll the update log shown in the scooter version screen. We can only read until where the update log details are visible. This is very bad that being reputed company having these many years experience, you are still missing little things which are crucial for customer like
- scrolling the update log for reading fully
- Turn off/on indicator sounds
- zooming in/out documents on dashboard to show to police when they stop etc.
- Dark Mode

After receiving new update 30.6.01 in mg rizta z bike skid control option is automatically set to off state, I am not able to turn it on . There are no new features added scooter or software UI in new updates. All I got to know is now onwards will get notification of new updates available thats it ia m unable to read full description of updates on scooter because no scroll option . If anyone observed new feature please let us know . @smridhi.kalati please consider new feature request from Ather owners suggetions from multiple channels .

After the new update on the dashboard I feel the scooter is syncing better and more frequently than before. Earlier I used to open app to see “Last synced 1hr ago or 45 mins etc”. But now after the update i see “Synced a moment ago or 3 mins ago”. Also maybe it could be something related to their server updates too. So that’s good.
