Upload documents is there when you tap on scooter in the app. It should be there.

I purchased the Rizta S base variant with Pro pack on 17th November.
The issues I am still facing:
- My application on my ios device is snapping down within 5 seconds of opening it, not able to use it anymore.
- If, by any chance, I can access it, it does not show the accurate percentage of charging or the kilometres.
- The ride insights are still not available to me. the application is showing me that my Ather connect plan is not activated, yet I have done the full payment of pro pack by the same day of purchasing the vehicle.
- I have not got the OTA till the current day. my latest OTA update version is literally ‘version not found’.
I am exhausted with these pathetic software glitches, even after raising tickets for a week. not a single issue is resolved yet neither Ather has connected me to get the feedback of raised tickets.

What even was today’s update? changelog says now it will show update procces more clearly which it already did but why 15mins of installation? am confused

I couldn’t see any change log except that it says we can acknowledge the software update.
I mean just for that you release an update…!? Can’t this be bundled with any proper useful update. And only for this small update Y it beed 10-15 mins.
Also I believe this is already existing that it gets installed overnight and all.
I mean I am really confused.

Hey guys, there was an issue with Ather app on ios since last Saturday, where the app was crashing with 5-7 seconds of opening it. I was also not able to use the app.
They have pushed a new app update today a few hours ago and the crash issue is fixed now. I had talked to the Ather team, and they had said a subset of users on ios were facing it. Glad it has been resolved with the latest app update now.

am more confused what even Ather is cooking,they barely had anything for stack 6 and the sd212 cant handle more,what else they gonna give with frequent updates optimisation?

What’s new
Enhanced OTA (over-the-air) software updates: Now get an on-screen notification every-time a vehicle software update gets downloaded to your Ather. This is only visible when your Ather is idle and needs a mandatory acknowledgement.
- Once you acknowledge the downloaded software update, it will get auto installed overnight between 2 AM to 4 AM as long as your Ather is switched off and has a minimum of 40% battery.
- You also have the option to manually install the OTA update right away or defer the installation by a day by navigating to menu › settings > profile › new update available…
- During OTA installation, you will also be able to track progress of installation completion on screen

It’s been 3 months since the rollout of the new Ather app as a part of the new AS6 update. And personally I feel the features for iOS devices are being neglected.
- No call decline with message.
- Album art not displayed. (Support ticket was closed saying it was an iOS level restriction. But I don’t think it is since other vehicles are able to display via Bluetooth regardless of the music service).
- No Live notification for Charging.

Yes, these all are genuine issues. I don’t know if the Ather team is reading these discussion comments in the forum, various issues, or new feature requests. Kindly, someone from the team reply to acknowledge or provide some details like when the discussed queries will get addressed.

Mobile charging accessories not yet available . In app there is no breaking , driving style details are displayed . Dashboard UI could be better than being so simple on 7 inch screen .

I did raise tickets for these features in iOS, they replied saying that the team is working on it and will deploy these features for iOS soon, however it has been nearly two months but no luck as yet.

I think Ather should replace the high beam low beam switch with the one with pass toggle for free.
