Same with me since two days (App logged out) and today it is showing parked at the Ather Service station and I have got billed twice for battery charging at Ather grid. Raised a ticket but no response. The dealer is not answering my calls.
It’s a big safety concern. I can’t track my scooter exact location in the app.

My ride stats are not loading. My app was updated to 10.3.0 today. Now ride stats are not loading and itbis showing 0km travelled this month

450x dash board display has gone 2 days back and Ather support asking to bring into service station not sure of how many are facing same including app logout frequently….
Looks like this is due to Ather latest software update similar to recent windows blu screen issue, isn’t it so?

And it linked with indicators and my indicators also not working when system reboot itself.

Was facing the logout issues, haven’t faced it again ever since the app updated But suddenly my Coasting Regen isn’t working. It’s on. Yet isn’t active when I leave the throttle. Frequent reboots and indicator issue is also something which has happened in past

Even with the new App update (v10.3.0) live charging notification on iOS is not available.
Also Ather should work on fixing the album art issues with respect to iOS. Even android doesn’t show album art sometimes. When I created a ticket regarding this, they closed the ticket by saying it’s an iOS level restriction, which is not true. Because Ola’s dash shows album art via Bluetooth and so does most of the Car infotainments (not talking abt CarPlay or android auto). So it is fixable.

Today the ultimate thing happened. Start button stopped working… I am really feeling to quit Ather now. Company expects me to suggest to friends and family. I pity myself choosing Ather.
Buggy dashboard, Frequent reboots, Restart and goes to basic screen with only speed and odo - I don’t know what it is called, Indicators won’t work, Start button stopped working ,
I selected Ather not to same money on petrol or comfort. I choose only for features and performance. Now It seems like my choice is bad. - 450x

I brought the Ather 450x HR 20 days back in oct 2024. It still showing AtherStack 13.5.12-202422 version. Bluetooth connectivity issue since purchase. I have 3 450x in family other are getting connected but this new one doesn’t.
When I’ll get this new software update?

My 450x gen3 got an update last month along with mobile app regarding ping my scooter and share location features. However im unable to see features.
Can u pls confirm if Ather connect subscription in active then only the above said features will be available to me?
While purchasing scooter, i already opted pro pack…

I have bought Ather Ritza mid variant one month back, I have opted for pro features, but I don’t see the option to share live location or upload documents on the Ather app.
