The feature for auto indicator shut is not visible after the update. Is this some sort of bug?

I found a sort of misinforming bug with respect to TPMS. When the tyre pressure is high it displays the message as “You may have a puncture in the tyre.”

Please fix this @rohit.dalvi @ryan

If the SC is close to you and you have time, go there so that they can update manually.

My rizta display not showing even after key is on , vehicle also not sunning properly , not functioning any button like reverse horn indicators , display is blank , it’s happening full days not solved automatically , within 1 month its twise , how cheap support center reply that just go to service center which is 300 km away , help me soon is there any higher authority to listen a customer

Try a soft reset to fix the dashboard? In the 450 series it’s holding both brakes and start button for about 10 seconds (key on). Should be the same for the Rizta too.

Finally I am able to use these credits at the Ather charging grid.

Hi all, I bought the Ather 450x recently (31/10/24). I completed the PR process for registration. On day 1, I opted for the pro-pack, excited for a better user experience. Already its been 11 days and I am still in factory mode, no pro-pack, everything is basic.

I tried the reboot method but still no use, Today I tried my 20th time of reboot, Still no use.

app showing my bike is in Tamilnadu, somewhere around 600kms.

I cant use Bluetooth. I cant use maps. I cant see which mode I am driving. NO dashboard usage… ----etc

Ather team : I raised a complaint, but it was of no use. They said to Hard reboot, as if reboot was the only option they knew.

Service center : I went to the service center, they said this should be done by the Ather team only. Recently rather is facing lot of bugs and Bluetooth issues, may be yours also same.

Is it true that 6.0.0 has Bluetooth issues?

I have lost the happiness of a new bike already because of all this.

Am I ALONE on this experience? or is it the same with most?

Factory mode removal is responsibility of dealer. Chase them and escalate with them.

It clearly says Factory mode to be removed before sale. You have to inform the dealer that it is their job to resolve this issue and get the pro pack installed.

I had the same issue and with several reboot nothing happened. The workshop installed the pro pack software manually and it was all working fine.

Please chase the dealer to resolve it.

When should I get the update it’s been more than a 1 month still my gen 2 series 1 not got the update on latest version please look into this

Lately the Ather app seems to be logging out very frequently. Anyone else facing this issue?

Happened twice today, not getting OTP to sign in back. They removed the password option as well :man_facepalming:

Is it because we can’t use the same account on multiple devices?

Ather should seriously implement rider profiles on the app and the scooter. Especially considering the fact that the scooters will be used by almost everyone in the family. I think OLA has it. It should be personalized to everyone, that way it would be even better.

No, multi device login hasn’t been an issue since Gen1.
