I am facing dashboard network and sync issues since last 12 days. And Ather has not given me a solution to it yet.
Will I be getting this 5.8 update? ( as I don’t have a network on dashboard for the update to download)
What’s the way out now??

I was under the impression that charging to 100% every time negatively affects battery lifetime, and charging to 80% prolongs it. Can you elaborate a bit more on why the change back to 100%?

I think it’s when the lights would automatically turn on to welcome you when you come close to the scooter? Can be done with bluetooth

I don’t think you mentioned all the memes during homologation that is why they are removing it, because you can only provide things already mentioned in the filings.
PS. but you can alter the physical dimensions of the product.

Nah! as per the Law homologation rules are very strict and should be followed by everyone especially Ather and it’s users members and others for others you can just file an amendment and do with it. But Ather nah what you have mentioned in homologation is written in stone and is now placed Museum.

Ather really needs to get their act together. Their excuses regarding homologation rules are a complete joke. If you knew about the regen values mentioned in the filing, then why did you promise it to your customers? Whatever the reason, it’s clear that Ather doesn’t have the customer’s best interests at heart.
I’m pretty sure new users will be thrilled to know that the scooter they paid 1.9 lakhs for will be outdated as soon as a new one comes out. It’s like buying a brand new smartphone, only to find out that it’s already obsolete a few months later.
Ather needs to do better. They need to be more transparent with their customers and they need to stop making promises that they can’t keep. If they don’t, they’re going to lose the trust of their customers and they already lost battle with Ola and TVS . Bas Okinawa and Hero Electric se harna baki hai.

Rightly said, Ather seriously needs someone to guide them and to get their act together or ship is going to sail so far from the shore they won’t even be able to see it.
