Twisting throttle pushes more current to the battery, unfortunately its equivalent to just slow charging, so it doesnt make much of a difference. (Coasting Regen on Gen 4 is apparently 3 times stronger so that should be pretty effective.)

So back to the question dose using brakes gives stronger regen or twisting the throttle gives more regen…

As far as I have used… when you lightly tap and hold on the brakes, Like really light, you should not be engaging the brakes, the small amount of play that is there, just press that amount, so as to let the brake switch turns on, in turn activating regen… it takes like a small moment until you realise that the regen has started the sound changes a little but it take a lot of time till you feel that regen has kicked in in the throttle twist method…

Personally I feel the brakes helps in getting a better regen.

Maybe maybe and this is purely hypothetical… They paused the update and listened to the request of setting end time from community members :wink:. Or not and they are just taking their time

If you’re talking about the Beta sign up which happened before the Grid monetisation then that sign up was for just that one feature not for all future Beta programs.

There is currently a Beta sign up form open on the Ather site, I think he’s talking about that
