Hello Rizta users, Is there a way to permanently switch off bluetooth. I switched if off from settings, but it keeps turning on after a while.

The maximum speed in Eco mode can vary based on various factors (including wind direction & speed). On one occasion, it reached 79 km/h in Eco mode (without a passenger).

I am able to reach 76 constantly in smarteco mode.

have you tried max speed in Smartecho after the recent update? It’s looks like after update the Smartecho is now under powered. it’s barely reach to 40 kms Speed

I recall it reaching up to 60 km/h after the update (Eco).

I also felt the same… Before update it was touching around 60 but now after update it is hardly touching 50.

It’s looks intermediate issue. Sometimes the scooter run very smooth and reaching to 60km speed in echo, and sometimes it hardly touch the 40km speed. when I face 40km max speed issue, I just turned off the key and turn on it again. it fix the issue. Has anyone facing the same?

In my experience last four weeks with Ather Rizta what I observed is first 100 to 90 % baterry drain pretty fast more than 1% per KM. This atleast make sense as coasting regen will not trigger. But I am not able to understand why 20 to 0% also drain very very fast. Sometimes it is 2% drainage per KM. I am able to get maximum range in 90% to 20%. Also after latest update sometimes I feel even though vehicle is running smart eco mode it operates like Zip mode. Whether others also facing this issue?

I had a similar problem where a sound would occur while driving because a screw was missing in the middle. I went to the service center but didn’t find a solution. So, I placed double tape in the middle where the screw should be. Now, the sound is gone, and the problem is somewhat fixed

I tried charging Rizta on Athet grid today and it wasnt smooth. I needed a quick top up for about 20 mins. Initially Ather grid wasnt charging my Rizta. Tried few times. Then rebooted the Rizta and charging started. Hope this might help fellow Rizta users.

Smart eco don’t rely on update for speed,try this accelerate slowly till 40kmph the after this try to accelerate

I drive 10 km daily but range cut by 12 km/13 km And Every night range cut by 3 km

There is not SC near me. I am waiting for the company to arrange a camp in my city (tentative date 22nd sept).

Just wanted to know if anyone here has got the floor board issue fixed? If yes, did it take multiple visits? Is it a permanent manufacturing defect?

Another issue I have is my handle is misaligned slightly. I realised it on the day I purchased but I was already 40kms away from the showroom on my way home. Due to heavy rains I couldn’t go back. I am just hoping these two issues will get resolved during the camp.

SmartEcho does impact by the Update, as it is controlled by program which gets updated on update. In my case when I am facing the issue, even in full throttle, it is taking too much time to reach 40 kms, I think 1-2 mins. so your suggest to try throttle after 40kms is impossible :frowning: with that speed…

I had a pathetic experience with Ather, Koramanagala showroom. I had been consistently given false promises by the sales person and the manager. I did not see any escalation matrix published on Ather website. I have tried to escalate it to Ather, but still no luck.

After the update only. With smarteco I am able to reach 70+
