I received feedback from Ather This noise is observed in all of the vehicles because of the clearance gap between the floorboard and the floor cover from the inside.
We want solution not suggestion If we paid full money we will not expect any kind of noise for new vehicle.
Please replace faulty floor board and front visor. I will contact electronic City dealer for outcome if not I want to take action appropriately.

Exactly. We want solution. Any unknown companies can say such things. But a trusted and reputed brand such as Ather should take corrective actions. The alarming fact is that these issies are found in a vehicle that is less than 3 months old!!!

It won’t Void the Vehicle Insurance, (I am sorry to mention - Incase If You are doing Insurance Claim, That Time It maybe a Trouble. But Everything is fine until unless that Panel isn’t damaged.

Yes i am facing this problem in left and right turnings Switch is either hard or delay in blinking very very confusing rider and vehicle should be reduce delay or software update done correctly too agnoy while driving so i am not using indicater at all & even Lights in night is not good enough for ride better we want to keep extra fittings light led type

Here’s the issues with Ather Rizta 2.9kW model :
Front Body:
- Handlebar is tight and not smooth while cornering.
- Dashboard software problems: screen freezes and options not working.
- Switches are poorly fitted, with gaps and delicate reverse button.
- Dashboard screen has gaps in the corners.
- Handle grips are rough and developing balloon-like spots.
- Front panel hanging clip spring failed on the second day.
- Lighting is inadequate and useless for turning.
Middle Body:
- Panel gaps at the foot area, causing flap sounds and allowing sand through.
- Seat is comfortable but poor cushioning causes pain after 40 km.
- Boot space is good, but no foot mat provided.
- No center stand, even as an accessory.
Rear Body:
- Back footrest is uncomfortable and too small, making the back seat worthless.
- Swollen back panels make footrest use difficult.
- Separate footrest is too narrow.
- Belt noise is very high and the belt quality is poor.
Under Body:
- No protective sheet for the battery, leaving it vulnerable to damage.
Battery:
- Battery range is only 85-90 km in smart eco mode, 75-80 km in zip mode.
- Sudden 2% battery drop from the first ride.
- No 80% limit charge option in the app.
iOS App:
- Poor app sync, with long trip progress times.
- Scooter location not updating in real-time.
- Inaccurate location display.
- No real-time tracking.
- “Ping my scooter” feature is worthless.
- Bluetooth connection issues if the app is closed.
- Riding stats are not up-to-date, with delayed updates.
- Incomplete riding maps route display.
- No notifications for charge completion or disconnection.
Others:
- Magic twist feature not working as expected at 20 speeds.
- Slow joystick response.
- Turn indicators are inaccurate and delayed.
- Numerous software bugs.
- Poor software and hardware coordination and optimization.

It’s frustrating to deal with so many issues, especially after investing in a new vehicle. just drop your number from the list which are you facing… upto reach the Ather officials
Display gets stuck as it is for kms 25 or 40 or may be 20 & indicator not working properly ie display indication while riding it gets too much confusion what to do or not to do so better i am not using the indicator at all. But about battery its good no issues up to now some racklings are there but still i say good to ride but aome sofware issues are there as Mobile gets hang
Ritza brake is very bad why didn’t u add disk brake for top models
I met with accident severely injured and broke my hand because of rear drum brake
When make a sudden brake it throw me away front wheel stopped and back brake skitted

Adding to that Size of MOTOR ON indication word font size should be large so that old people can notice it well or add some sound so that old people will know that scooter motor on…
Yes brakes are not good
One is 350 watt another is fast charger 700 watt. Which can be bought as an accessory and has fast charging option. You get 350 watt with scooter
I dont think Ather is bothered about our feedbacks or anything for that matter. I had raised many tickets with Ather , but never got any substantial reply . Only thing they say is that we have escalated to the team , we will update you soon. But that time never comes.
Does anyone know which brake pads are compatible with Rizta’s Drum brakes. I can reach out to Ather SC but i dont have any trust left on them.
