and also…the focus of the headlights hits little upper direction on both sides …we can see the branches of the trees on both sides of the trees when we approach little closer and this is very annoying…don’t know should I get the lights focussed properly???

This morning, while I was driving, my display screen suddenly turned blue and then shut off, even though the motor continued running. After about a minute, the display returned to normal, but then it froze again at a speed of 54. It took about 30 seconds before it came back to life. Has anyone else experienced this? Throughout all of this, the scooter never stopped or turned off the motor

That’s the problem he is highlighting. His dashboard gets stuck at 53/54 speed. It dont change even when he is stopped.

Hey Vikram. Did you try dashboard reboot ( Keep pressed both brakes and start button for 6-10 secs)

I have been facing the same issue, dashboard reset does make it normal but then it again does the same thing. There’s no point in continuously resetting the dashboard every time this happens. This issue needs to be fixed asap

Having bad experience at Prayagraj service center, my scooter got minor accident with body panel damaged, it was submitted to service center on 19/10/2024 and it has been three days since, they are using my scooter in incognito mode; thinking that i’ll not know about this. But app still shows the odometer and battery percentage, they have used it more than 150kms withing three days , despite several warning to manger and other employees. Ather support team please look into the as it is creating very bad expression and making me rethinking of buying your scooter.

I purchased an Ather Rizta, but unfortunately, the dual-color option was unavailable at the time. Now, I’m considering changing the front panel to the dual-color scheme. Before proceeding, I have two concerns:
- Will modifying the front panel void my vehicle’s insurance?
- Are there any warranty implications if I change the front panel?

For the second point, I don’t think it should void any warranty if you get the panel installed from the service center.

Ather Rizta Issues.

Auto hold has issues. It doesnt engage all the time

Floor board is bend

Rattling sound due to some loose parts or fixture.

Intermittent power loss during rides. This is serious.

Ignition Key had issues(lot of friction). Service centre fixed using WD40(Ather we didnt expect this from you)
