I have given my rizta z 2.9 for 1st service and informed the technician about the tight handlebar and how it is a safety issue. I hope they fix it, else I will have to escalate and take some action before it leads to an accident or severe issue. I have noticed it happen after sharp turn or u-turn and then the vehicle goes crazy.

Got my 1st service done. Surprised to see the handle stiffness not there anymore. They say they fixed, but didn’t tell how. I hope they just didn’t lubricate the fork and the problem starts back again…most software updates helped resolve some other issues I had. Hopeful to go trouble free until the next service.

Since yesterday, there has been no signal showing in my Rizta. Is anyone else facing the same issue? It is not syncing in the app, and there is no network signal in Rizta as well.re is no network signal in Rizta as well.
