Ather Rizta design Issues

While driving thru Heavy Waters??

Consumer Court is not like immediate resolution, they will take a lot of time Rupesh.

Currently my lawers are in progress of sending a legal notice to Ather Corporate Office & Service Centre for the issue. Again Ather will have 15 days to 1 month to reply to that legal notice. After that it will be moved to court hearings and all.

I have asked for support from rizta owners in multiple geoups like whatsapp, Facebook etc. asked them like whoever is facing the issue, let me know and everyone seems thinking like “why to waste my time and all” and they are not even checking their vehicles and reporting.

Bro Court usually slow because They see 100s of Case Daily

So Hearing will be atleast 45 Days

Patience is the Key in Court and Cases

I am not saying time waste for me. You might misunderstood my statement. When i asked other rizta users for testing and giving an update nobody responded and thinking of waste of time for them. I though it would add strong support when there are many members actively involving. But i didn’t got that support.

I will never think of waste of time because i am very much serious about Ather how it is caring/treating about customers now etc.

I understood the concern that most poeple will not be taking out their time for this. But something like an online petetion will only take 2 to 3 min of ones time.

My steering on the rizta s has gone tight suddenly, what’s up with that? Also there is inconsistencies in the regen when battery is high vs low which makes driving inconsistent and hence unreliable, that definitely shouldn’t be the case

Yes I have also felt this handle getting tight to turn during low speeds and sometimes the bike goes out of control, do anyone know the reason and solution for this handle stiffness

Thanks for tip. I got it fixed during service last week. Apparently it’s issue with most of Riztas. Looks like manufacturing defect/oversight.

Could be a reason of a delayed reading ? Cannot be confirmed unless used another legit method is used

We are aware that 450X has a deliberate error with it’s speedo. It shows 90kmph in the dash while a VBOX will record only 80kmph. This could be due to the same reason. Again looks like display is lagging which is common with Ather too. A restart might help to bring that up to speed.

80 KPH is the Actual Speed of Ather, 10% Increased as per RTO Reason
