There is a weird issue with my Rizta, a pop stating low power mode is coming when I start the scooter and mentions to turn off and on the scooter. After doing so it fixes the issue. The pop up is coming once or twice in a week. So, just wanted to check if anyone else is facing this or it’s only with me.
Also, I have noticed that even though my vehicle is in no network area the display still shows one bar.
Please check it with SC any battery efficiency issue or cell imbalance or false accuracy of the BMS
Has anyone received the touch screen update? I’m looking for experiences and any new interface, such as the 450X. Please share photos of the screen and interface.
Rizta touch interface looks like mix of earlier Rizta interface + 450x interface. With maps on, it looks like 450x interface. With maps off, it’s like earlier Rizta interface.

For me it started with last update of stack 6. Hoping it would get fixed in stack 7. Also, planning to get it checked at SC. Will share more update once I visit the SC.

The app has not yet received an update for charging features.
Earlier updates in some scooter, it was showing eco mode, but in my rizta it is not showing in setting

They removed REMOTE CONTROL from description on Recent Update

Why did they do that, why not give an option to switch.
I didn’t receive the update with the remote control.
Its due to Air in front wheel more and may be tightened too much while servicing seems
Now eco mode showing instead of smart eco.
Optimised charging is no longer available for my rizta. Anyone else facing this issue or Ather removed optimised charging?
Im using Ather stack 7 and optimized charging is available.
From atherstack 6 they remove optimize charging when you receive atherstack 7 it will back I got update just now
I am on Ather stack 7 version 30.7.00-202536 and optimised charging is not working in this version. Could you please confirm the version you have on your Rizta ?
