Already in process of filing a case in consumer court.
I have used 450x for 3.5 years and thats the main reason for blindly going to rizta. Now i will not leave the company for sure until they provide some resolution. i will definitely fight for any nunber of months or years it takes in court for proper justice to happen.
Unnecessary waste of money in Ather. I was one who promoted Ather alot in my friends, colleagues and relatives circle. I was the one now, telling everyone not to buy Ather because of degraded quality.
Atleast @tarun should think of what they are delivery for the price and how their R&D team or diagnostic team is behaving. I am telling here Ather is going to be more worse than Ola soon.
@chef.arun7 I used to be more active on forum before when i was using 450x Gen2. But after seeing Ather’s no response for any issue or not acknowledging any thing which we raise, i was literally fedup with the service now and not even interested to be regular to forum.
Atleast once a while i am coming here, raising my voice for issues and checking once a while if they do respond or not(just a small hope, one day Ather will be back). Many users were not even raising their voice for the issue as they already know nothing will happen with Ather.
Why would they improve the quality now that people (including me) have bought 1 lakh of their subpar product. People liked their 450 series and thought Rizta would also be built with the same quality, but are mistaken.
Hi. Is there any update on the isssue in consumer court?. Please check the feasibility of collecting online petetion against the design issues in rizta. We those who are all affected by this negligence of Ather will signup and support your case. Offline petetion might do as well if online is not supported. Just let us know which address it has to be posted to.
Consumer Court is not like immediate resolution, they will take a lot of time Rupesh.
Currently my lawers are in progress of sending a legal notice to Ather Corporate Office & Service Centre for the issue. Again Ather will have 15 days to 1 month to reply to that legal notice. After that it will be moved to court hearings and all.
I have asked for support from rizta owners in multiple geoups like whatsapp, Facebook etc. asked them like whoever is facing the issue, let me know and everyone seems thinking like “why to waste my time and all” and they are not even checking their vehicles and reporting.
I am not saying time waste for me. You might misunderstood my statement. When i asked other rizta users for testing and giving an update nobody responded and thinking of waste of time for them. I though it would add strong support when there are many members actively involving. But i didn’t got that support.
I will never think of waste of time because i am very much serious about Ather how it is caring/treating about customers now etc.
