I faced this issue also 2 days back. When I turned the key to on position, it did not turn on. Tried multiple times but nothing happened. Then I remembered someone telling in th3 forum to press the start button 3 times and it will boot. Luckily it started. But lots of software bugs like turn indicator not turning on or sometimes not turning off. Screen getting stuck. Reliability factor is very low in the rizta. I am worried if this will become like Ola scooters.

Yes. Reliability is very low. I am.not.gettimg the mentioned range also. On full 100% charge rizta gives only 80-84 km that too only if your drive strictly in smart eco mode. Where as company promised 100-110km. And this indicator problem even I have noticed. Screen stuck problem also happens many times when using maps. Motor heating problem is also there. If I ride with pillion in afternoon the speed does not move more than 35-40. Ather seems to be going ola way.

After Posting in Twitter they took my vehicle to service centre and they tried riding it. They too got the same issue. They reported it to Ather backend team, and they asked them to ride with turning off magic twist feature. Then there was no issue, so Ather service centre team told me that to turn off magic twist in summers.
That was a comedy reply from Ather team, their replies were like this. Don’t be surprised in future they will also say, In summer dont ride more than 10 kms or dont ride with pillion rider etc.
They are not at all willing to accept their defect instead say vehicle is ok, that is normal behaviour for safety.

Why the hell do i need to turn off magic twist in summer when they keep promoted these things as features during launch and purchase? Why then they have done publicity in the name of family scooter when it doesn’t support riding with pillion rider itself?
They have to install a cooling system for motor kind of fan or atleast air vents then only motor will be cooled by air circulation. Now in rizta it is completely closed without airvents, atleast 450x has air vents so not getting noticed due to air circulation in 450x model

Already in process of filing a case in consumer court.
I have used 450x for 3.5 years and thats the main reason for blindly going to rizta. Now i will not leave the company for sure until they provide some resolution. i will definitely fight for any nunber of months or years it takes in court for proper justice to happen.
Unnecessary waste of money in Ather. I was one who promoted Ather alot in my friends, colleagues and relatives circle. I was the one now, telling everyone not to buy Ather because of degraded quality.
Atleast @tarun should think of what they are delivery for the price and how their R&D team or diagnostic team is behaving. I am telling here Ather is going to be more worse than Ola soon.

To be Honest Ather has reduced the Quality of Rizta Very Well That Existing Users can never feel the Comfort and Peaceful Mind of Owning a 450 Series

@chef.arun7 I used to be more active on forum before when i was using 450x Gen2. But after seeing Ather’s no response for any issue or not acknowledging any thing which we raise, i was literally fedup with the service now and not even interested to be regular to forum.
Atleast once a while i am coming here, raising my voice for issues and checking once a while if they do respond or not(just a small hope, one day Ather will be back). Many users were not even raising their voice for the issue as they already know nothing will happen with Ather.
