I can’t even get app sync properly since i bought 450x , no response to ticket since 20 days and counting given up any hope of getting any support, atleast vehicle is good but surely not worth the price i paid (1.8L for the laggy and buggy experience) will never suggest Ather to anyone

Last Month I made a Ride on my Gen 4 to Bangalore but I didn’t face Any Such Issue 
But Some RIZTA Vehicle have Issues

after update my rizta data is not sync its been 3 hours trip closed but app is not synced

There is a tapping sound from the front when passing over speed breakers at 15-20 km/h. The service center suggests it’s a wiretapping the panel internally issue but has found no other problems. I suspect it might be a cone set issue, but the service center is not interested in checking it further.

It’s cone set issue. Since I felt the same symptoms while passing speedbreakers, get it checked and resolved by replacing the same.

I have same problem SC replaced cone set , so heavy handle bar issue resolved, but for mine not sure about pouch pouch sound from front suspension while passing over speed breaker, Electronic City SC not helping to check faulty suspension . I am planning to record video and raise ticket soon. Also Rear suspension is very stiff, bike bouncing over speed breaker of 10-15km speed.

Facing handlebar issues from long time. Initially I assumed it was one off event but no it’s a big issue. Its so hard to turn the handle, not sure if it’s due to twist feature, skid control or tyre issue or fork issue. Highly disappointing.

I have seen warranty terms stating that after 30,000 kilometers, the vehicle warranty expires. What are major and most high value components are no longer covered after 30,000 kilometers?

He mentioned that after the warranty period of three to five years, there would be significant costs associated with replacing components like the battery, motor, charger, and display. I have Pouch~ Pouch sound from front area and front suspension on speed bump feels very stiff ,it is not good at all. I have complained every visit of SC about front and rear suspension issue, every time they pick my vehicle but still no resolution of this annoying issue they say this how front suspension in Ather was designed and they can’t help, wherever i have checked other similar
vehicle with no issues.
Could you ask your service dept to sort out front suspension issues which is present from day 1 since i got my vehicle.
Front suspension which can be adjusted to soften the ride, or there might be an issue Damaged seals or faulty components. Rear suspension spring is too stiff, the preload is set too high, or there might be a problem with the shock itself, such as worn-out components or a damaged seal. Please escalate this issue to a higher level As Electronic City, Bangalore SC not at all checking the issue.

Visit nearby SC, I have similar issue with Rizta heavy handle bar , SC one person checked and told no issue with handle , when i told will escalate matter to higher level they checked with other senior service engineer, and later agreed need to replace new cone set. I believe almost all First batch of Rizta’s have lot of issues including heavy handle bar, hard joy stick , Belt noise, suspension issues, visor rattling noise, hard main key lock,
