Pillion ride affects the range. But without pillion too I have never got the advertised range. Users should post on social media too in addition to this forum. Important to create awareness among the public. Build quality of Rizta is sub-par. Cheap quality plastic, floor board bend, handling difficulty and a faulty software

I own a Rixta 2.9 z variant and have the same concerns. Rizta lacks the power esprcially with pillion rider and on steep roads. The 2-3% discharge is infamous. I never knew about these issues before. We should take to social media to create awareness among the public.

I’ve been driving the Rizta since July 2024. Since day 1 I’ve been having pain and discomfort in my right arm, up until my shoulder. I initially thought I have to get used to it. I also turned off the regen mode thinking maybe that was the issue. But no! The pain persisted. After couple of months the handle issue showed itself, the bike was drifting towards the right in high traffic. Showed it at the service center and they said we’ve seen this issue with Rizta commonly. If they’ve seen it, why haven’t they recalled the vehicles? Anyways, after the handle got sorted, the pain is still there and is getting worse. The bike is my primary mode of transportation to my office which is 25km from home, so I’ve driven it a lot in that last 5 months (more than 3k km). Does anybody have any idea what’s the reason behind this, or is anyone facing the same issue? Any lead would be highly appreciated! Thanks.

This discomfort comes because of Razor Kit issue, Probably Your Vehicle has Left Side Pulling So You have pain in the Right Hand.
As because some fault is common, we can’t tolerate that
There was a time Ather recalled Bunch of Gen 2 's Change the Cone Set to New Upgraded One. In Coimbatore, Mine was the First One to Do it. But Now Ather changed and Nothing like that will happen.
Razor Kit needs a Check this is the Reason. Even One of our Gen 3 had this issue. Now Erode SC arrested 90% of the Problem.
Not One, A lot of People facing this issue.
Razor Kit needs a Check or Fork oil in Rare cases need to Change.

Facing same issue i have noticed that whenever any dug or pits comes then this things happens but after some 30 to 50 minutes by parking vehicle without using then it comes innorginal position. My be console hydraulic oil issue or may arm issue i have faced it facing still DAVANGERE KARNATAKA

I’m also facing same issue,handle gets hard and can’t maneuver comfortably. Scooter goes left and right for few mins, at that time we must grab the handle bar tightly to control the vehicle. The feeling is like riding with punctured tyre and it disappears after sometime .I have mentioned this issue on 5k service at Vytilla SC but they said its common and will check. I couldn’t replicate that problem at that time. After service its frequency reduced but still its there. As I need vehicle for my daily commute I didn’t take the scooter to SC again. Kochi,Kerala.
