Went for a fork oil change, service centre asked me to book in advance, which requires 2 weeks lead time. Another person came with broken belt, they asked him come after 2 days. They had around 30-40 vehicles and they don’t have enough manpower to complete the service ontime.
They took 1 day to change the fork oil seal.
But in the Express Service they will not repair anything

it happened right after I washed it, just normal home wash done that about 5-6 times before as well nothing happened before, idek where the speaker housing is
Ask them to Change it under Warranty

they didn’t charge for the wash but 100₹ for polish(didn’t ask for that but they did it anyway) service cost was 550 and the caliper cover 40 I previously assumed service cost to be 800 and the cover 100 dk why lol
speaker was rejected in warranty outright but no worries I don’t need that anyway, informed them about the seat cover chipping off paint near the boot area and they said they’d report to Ather and revert back
The problem after 80 % initialization and charge repeat. They checked with different charger same issue, After that they try to hard reset some ECB. now scooter not connecting to laptop. After trying 2-3 days finally reset is done. Now working fine.
Its not working for me as well. It doesn’t work if you have less charge then the distance you want to travel.
I have logged a support ticket with Ather but they seem to be not bothered about customers. Only response I get is automated calls.

my scooter’s making weird snapping sounds from somewhere near the motor or belt I think what might be the issue? initially thought some pebbles or something may have entered the belt cover but there weren’t any what does that sound mean? it’s similar to how rubber bands snap
Use silicon spray on your belt
did it already, as mentioned it’s not the shrill whine that sometimes happens when belt is dry, this snapping sound comes and goes randomly

Absolutely, this guy @abhishek.balaji has created a complex mess to silence the views and complaints to minimize the damage. I don’t understand, in which world these guys are living in?? Didn’t we not buy their over priced junk for higher price and didn’t we pay them full amount?? Majority of comments are complaining about Software glitches like Irresponsible customer care with zero support, horrific recharge wallet that has no option to tie with UPI like others, obselete charging stations that is no longer functioning, inadequate or ghost areas where no charging stations at all, belt complaints, Even after charging full it shows 73 km only and depletes 3X faster than it should, worst of all is battery and tyre life nightmares, battery costs new vehicle rate of petrol vehicles but their buy back is only scrap rate, sudden drop in milage even after charging whenever possible, unresponsive touch that acts on its “ own “ and never responds while moving or idle, software update that holds your vehicle in the middle of road, sudden turnoff of motor while stopping at signals. My greatest mistake in life is buying Ather product that is no worth at all. Despite gentle use, it gives only pain and unnecessary expenditure. Can’t even trust this bike in city limits due to its “ 
extraordinary mileage, omni present charging stations, revolutionary wallet system, 1000 years battery life, super responsible touch screen, bug free software, amazing plastic quality, Global service , tyre quality… pro pack scam.. Ather deserves OLA like situation.
