I encountered the same when purchasing my Ather. I requested a side step to be added, but they didn’t provide me with an invoice for it.
I bought it under my wife’s name. It’s correct in the RC.
If they’re not listening kindly raise a complaint with consumer court online

Hello fellow Ather owners,
I’m reaching out to share my recent experience with the seat replacement for my Ather 450X (Gen3, DL8GD6272), hoping it will raise awareness and prompt action from Ather’s support team.
I purchased a brand-new seat from the service center on June 30, 2023, for 3,857 INR. To my disappointment, within a few months, the seat started showing signs of cracking and wear (as seen in the attached images).
It’s disheartening to face quality issues with a premium product like Ather. I’m currently seeking a replacement or refund for the defective seat. Has anyone else faced similar issues with their seat replacements?
I would appreciate any advice or support from the community or Ather’s representatives.

Let’s hope Ather addresses this issue promptly.
Is it possible that you stuffed your seat with many things, that you needed to push hard to close it?
Tbh I am looking to replace my Gen 3 seat with a newer Gen 3.1 seat. 3.8k is a bit too much for it though

Ather 450x belt noise problem irritating plz help at service center they applied spray the problem solved but within 3/4 days again started irritating like before what to do @tarun
Use WT 40 spray for your Ather belt can be purchased for any hardware shop
Wd 40 is not recommended for belt lubrication, silicon spary is recommended.
But silicon spary and lube yourself

Good to hear but care to explain what is this Goodwill warranty?
Goodwill warranty is the repair or replacement of a product outside of the formal warranty coverage. It’s provided for a number of reasons: customer retention, branding, cross-product marketing, and reputation.
I went for Paid Service but He spoke to his Management and got this as a Complimentary to me 
They didn’t even changed my brakes under the Ather pro pack and bro is getting everything for free.
Maybe i should get hostility award. They wasted my 4k rs pack for nothing. Didn’t even gave my free service within that.

For me they changed it for 3 times within 40 days of purchase. They got new one from Uno Minda now it’s strong and sturdy. Same place broke for me too.
Hi does anyone know about break pads. I want to ask If I change my brake pads to sintered ones instead of the organic will this improve braking? If yes what brand/bike version will fit it? also any drawbacks of this?
