From Gen 3.1 Fans have been completely omitted. Both for motor and LCD.
I think Display fan they did not remove. Cause mine is Gen 4 and it has a fan.
Mine is 3.1 and my fan goes wheeee when I ride in Warp. I wonder what 3.1 you are talking about.
That is not true. I have a friend who has gen 3.1 and another who has gen 3.6, both have the motor fan.
This is true for my gen 3.1 too! I can hear it anytime I go over 45/50kmph.
Very Good experience at New Ulhasnagar (Mumbai) SC -
- I had my service done at Thane West SC for 5K few months backā¦ There was some wiers noise which was not completely resolvedā¦ I didnāt knew at thag time that it was due to weared out beltā¦
- Now fast forward yesterday my belt was almost out (EV was shaking ans making loud sounds) - this is just at around 6.7K
- I booked service with Ulhasnagar (Mumbai) SCā¦Visted them todayā¦ They immediately changed th secondary belt (of course free of cost as per announcement by Ather for 20K or 3 year replacement)ā¦ What was evident was that they even fixes small issues like handle noise, greasing etc. as well along wigh belt changeā¦ I was expecting nominal charges as that was extra swrvuce but they did that totally freeā¦ Not only that - once service was done, manager asked me to test drive and checked with me if everything is now fine and do I need anything else to be doneā¦ That is the customer experince expected ā¦ Now, there is huge difference in driving after this service

I am strongly raising this point here after careful observation and proper followup.
There is some sort of scam going on regarding the accessory purchase and majorly on the pickup-drop service. Every time thy say server problem or print problem and they donāt give bill for pickup drop service.
This time I insisted to provide me with bill or wonāt pay and they said the same old story so I insisted them to drop a email stating the GST invoice for the same shall be provided as there is an issue with system and they will provide it later, as of now pay the amount.
After this I paid the amount. Now this email they sent only for time being & I never received any invoice from them since then.
Also for handle grips they initially said canāt give bill that is accessory and bill is not getting generated and all. After insisting them that I wonāt pay without bill they forcefully provided the bill.
I raised a ticket but always I receive an email stating response awaited even after I reply them. There wonāt be any proper response from them.
Also the more crazy thing is I have taken log of the pick up drop service. The vehicle didnāt go straight to the service centre. Instead it went to some other place waited there 30-40mins and then went yo service centre. The place in discussion doesnāt have any thing to do with Ather as checked.
A major reason for why I also keep asking to introduce password lock for settings and incognito specially bcz for me luckily this rid is visible what if incognito is turned on & vehicle is mis-used.
I want my money back which they charged. 550/- for 2-way service.
@tarun this is Atherās responsibility to see all the invoices are generating or not though it is through your service partners.
If I did not get my money back, as I have not received any proper tax invoice. I will take this mater legal.
I do not want the invoice now as its been so long of follow up and to just silence me donāt send me invoice. As I believe this is being done in large scale.

They are giving bills in the name of Shiny Vinod for my vehicle. I donāt even know who is that.
A query was open in the Ather app for more than 3 months and followed up multiple times, they promptly closed it without any resolution.
Thatās strange. I get regular invoices for my service, without asking.
This is weird for sure. May be this particular service center has issue. Ather service is all app based. If your enter and service/spares you will get the invoice. If not physical copy, it comes in Ather app as soft copy as well. Are getting them in app at least ?

The soft copy also has the same name Shiny Vinod. The VIN is correct on the invoice copy, the name and addresses are incorrect.
Not sure whether the vehicle was sold to them then itās reassigned to us. The ODO was showing 60+Km when we took it.
