We need explaination about backward compatibility of new features on the 450 on older gen scooters

Guys. Atleast give us an explanation on why are older gen scooters owners being ditched.

Why are scooters below gen 3.1 of 450 not receiving new feature updates like you guys once promised. If you guys can explain why, we are all ears.

If not, then give us the features that we want and you promised. Why does my 450x gen3.1 with 3.7kwh battery has same range as latest 450s. Either give us the range upgrade.

If any hardware like throttle needs to be changed just tell us.

And lastly, Please clarify what features are backwards compatible and what features are not and on what scooter or what generation of scooter.

See, Ather think themselves like Apple

Purposely They are not implementing Hardwares that are giving Tiny features

We bought Gen 4 on December 1st week 2024

January 2025 we got Gen 5 with Magic Twist and TC etc

One Headache about this Company is this Backward Compatibility Issues

Even Now 450+ Gen 2 Customers are ready to Pay Amount to Make their Vehicle a 450x Gen 2 But Ather ?? Joking around

When did you buy?

Ather should allow Customers to buy whenever they want, Why so much Limitations?? :pensive_face:

Forget about this. Here is my experiece.

My Ather 450 Gen 1.5 lost connectivity forever and Ather CC cited various reasons and they declared that they can’t restore connectivity and that I have to live with this UNCONNECTED “Connected Scooter”. Or I can opt for upgrade to next series. Well in just 5.4 years, the scooter has become obsolete. While upgrading can be an option, I have lost faith in Ather forever because of this experience. Another early adopter of Ather has been let down.

Correct bro, I have a problem for last 1 month , the service centre is pushing me to upgrade, just 5 years

No connectivity on the scooter.
