Looks like they got too many pre orders which caused them to ship the helmets direct from factory, without any quality check

My Halo volume connected to a Pixel 9 Pro stays at either 0% or Max volume. How do I fix this? Even one bar of volume makes my ears bleed, rendering the helmet unusable.

This is weird. Can you try to unpair and pair again. If issue persist, raise a ticket with customer care.

Got my second helmet the orange one. Apparently for the first one packaging got a 9 out of 10 rating now for the second one which came almost in 2 months dropped to a 5 out of 10 with cheap card board box which is already bent and inside no safe cushion to protect the packaging just 2 card board sheets and the HALO print on it is like a 100 rupees rod side sticker shop works look.

Posting this with great regret as I have been following up with Ather customer care team on my halo helmet delivery which was ordered at ACDC back in apr’24. It’s been one and half month since i got the first call for deliver of this helmet and still have not got an update on when I will be getting the helmets.
Each time i reach out to them they open a new ticket as the old ticket would have been close without providing any resolution or update. Also believe the Ather customer care time do not even read the mail sent to them as they respond from a standard script provided to them which has no relevance to the issue which has been mentioned on the mail.
Latest update is that I got a call from them today afternoon and they inform me that they will not be able to give a timeline on the deliver of the helmet. and give a update before the next week.
Not sure on how to proceed with them now
Any suggestion is truly welcomed.

Got my halo helmet today. The charger nor the helmet is showing any led lights while charging. The helmet is at 40% and not charging. I have tried switching on and off multiple times but no success. Any help on this is appreciated @smridhi.kalati

If anyone from Ather team is there I am also having charging issue like mentioned in the forum .So pls help me with my warranty claim and replace my halo helmet .i have received it 10 days back .

@smridhi.kalati I have booked my Halo on Ather Community Day and still i haven’t received my helmet. What going on? I have reached out customer care and they don’t even have an update on it. Is this the way you guys prioritize the customer @tarunsmehta. When Ather was launched you guys were treating customers like god but now? Where is the quality? Atleast please provide some realistic timeline of delivery of Halo. Really disappointed with Ather.

Update on this. So I tried charging with a different mobile charger which has a USB-C port for charging and it is working now. Previously I had tried it with a charger which has a USB-A port and it did not work. Looks like the charging does not support mobile chargers with usb-a slots and that’s bad because usb-c chargers are in the market only since 2023. Ather team please make it compatible with all types of mobile chargers.

It is currently capable of charging with pd 3.0 chargers(these work strictly with type c-c cables)
