Discount the cost of maintenance, manpower, power and capex. Margins are going to be thin.
I am talking about revenue numbers not profit.
They’re trying to earn more in charging and less by selling Ather. (More by charging for parts)

I ment the parts cost of panels and stuff as fast charging is really really bad for battery health 3 charges will bring down 1% of health down
Agree with you totally. The parts should be cheaper
I’ve been charging almost exclusively over fast chargers… haven’t seen a massive drop in range…

Got a news that Government Subsidy is not applicable for Apex, as it is the performance scooter. Is that true?
Speed has nothing to do with the subsidy being application or not. Subsidy is applicable only when the ex-showroom price of the vehicle is below a certain threshold specified by the FAME-II policy for two-wheelers. Since the Apex will see a considerable price rise, it is unlikely to come under FAME-II as is the case with other expensive EV two-wheelers like the TVS X and Ultraviolette F77.

subsidy is almost non existant in many states now,Ather has figured out how to make the scooter cheaper to manufacture,thats why cost barely jumped by 15k even though subisidy worth 50k has gone since gen 3.current 450x 3.7kw has hit 1.5lakh exshowroom mark where subsidy stops so whatever apex will offer Ather will cover it in pro pack software cost.
Well it was 20k something for the performance upgrade na (warp mode) and bt pass and more range gets unlocked
