I have taken my Rizta for servicing at 5096 kilometers and after 156 days. They informed me that service cost be 750 rupees. Has else serviced their Rizta at the 5000-kilometer service? If so, could you share your experiences and any issues you faced after the service to help others?

Initial Service Cost: 614 Rupees

Unexpected Charge: Charge for service post 5000 km is high

Vehicle Issues:

  • Front fork noise when going over potholes
  • Rear belt noise

Post-Service:

  • Front fork noise reduced
  • Rear belt noise persists

Overall Vehicle Condition: Functioning well

Can someone explain the service cost of Ather Ritz or 450X? What do they do during the service, and what is included in the 700 service charge without replacing or adding any parts or consumables?

I recently had my 5K service of my 450S.

The cost was Rs 816 inclusive of gst.

For that they,

1] Check software version and update if necessary.

2] Give a pressure water wash. Wax polish extra chargeable.

If you mention issue with belt or brakes, then they give it a check and charge you extra for belt lubrication & new brake pads.

It is actually pathetic for the price and IMHO it is a glorified pressure wash nothing else.

The only reason I did this pathetic overpriced service is because your vehicle warranty gets void if you don’t get it serviced or get it serviced from 3rd party,

Yes 135 rupees for washing… I didn’t notice improvement after servicing, and no major difference in the driving

Almost one month now after taking delivery of my rizta z 3.7, having very hard time in completing the formalities of propack activation, extended warranty RTO, nothing is happening, I got my rizta from Kolar, Karnataka it’s some 20 kms from my home, every time I go they say within two days and nothing happens, not even able to connect Bluetooth… Pathetic transition experience, atlast when called customer care, they are saying app is having glitches without clarity about my warranty which is for 8 years, they are saying it is for 5 years even if doesn’t show in the app… Is it only me having this problem? R is it everyone going through the same pain…

Anyone face any issues … recently my Ather rizta not even start after turning ON the keys or the screen getting lit up…it’s been like that till the next morning (from 8:45pm)…Also while riding in zip mode hill hold assist warning like pop up…

My Rizta handle has become tight again after its first service, and I’ve only driven 8,000 kilometers since then. I’m finding the product unreliable, which makes driving the Rizta quite irritating.

Due to motor heating up . Make sure you don’t use magictwist while riding more than 55/km hr Use gentle throttle and keep your power consumption light blue , Do not let it turn purple.

I’m experiencing an issue with my screen not turning on during my first ride each day. I have to turn the key off and then back on for the screen to light up properly. Sometimes, when I first activate the key, the screen lights up but very dimly, making it hard to see. Additionally, there is a loose sound coming from the display; it sounds like something is hanging and swinging, particularly when I go over speed bumps. I’m not sure why this is happening.

Is it possible to exchange my Rizta 2.9 for a Rizta 3.7 at the showroom through an exchange program or any ongoing offers? Or do I need to sell my Rizta 2.9 privately and then purchase the new 3.7?"
