I have purchased Rizta 3.7 2 weeks before till now I have done 2 cycles of full charge am getting 85kms range in a eco-mode with single rider… very much disappointed with this… is SC can fix this issue?

It’s normal. You will find a way to get good range when you use it more.
Always note the modes doesn’t really represent the “Actual meaning”. You can still use zip mode and drive like a zen, to get more range.

i got my Ather rizta s 2.9 on dusshera. It was working fine for the first 3 months. I went to SC for some button was not working and met another rider of rizta Z. He was complaining the he is facing handle jam and handle is getting to hard to move while riding. I judged the person and called him delusional. 3 weeks later i am facing the same issue. whenever i ride my scooty straight for couple of minutes. the handle gets hard can’t make cut on the road can not lane change. It becomes so stiff and problematic and life threatening issue

i think we need to add after market mud flap on the front mudguard i think the dirt and dust making it stiff

I took it to SC on 28th july and 29th july they called me to receive the vehicle…I went and took the bike for test …and it was not addressed properly… before i took it for the drive I asked them did you check the cone set and the balls ..they said..yes they did greasing and changed the balls… I took 3km drive did rough testing but same stiffness…if i turn right …thats it gets tight and goes one side…then i returned to the SC ..there i got introduced to mr.durai (service incharge head) .. he took my bike and did long trip and he again confirmed yeah the handle gets stiff after turning left and Right…
He asked the other guy who did this work..and he took the vehicle inside… After 15mins mr.durai took the bike came out and again asked me to test now …its alright now. … It was cone set was adjusted tightly…
The backside panels was not fixed ..i can see the all sensors.. wiring and the cone set assembly and everything…
Again I went for test drive… saying..i will do the Hard and rough handling…lets see how it is…
Was hoping this time my handle gets fixed…

Now my handle feels light.. agille and steady…
I think its just we need to explain them whats the issue… But i understand..the handling doesn’t get hard or stiff its parked for few hrs …it take few KMs to know the real issue…
My advice is… Before handing over the vehicle to SC guy… U do the ling kms…and rough handling…and then handover for them to test it.
