Where can I purchase the visor and visor screw for an Ather half-face helmet?
Was anyone able to find out if the full face helmet is actually the FX 30? Getting the scooter delivered in a couple of weeks and was considering a matching helmet if itâs good.

apart from BIS certification. None of the safety datasheets is available to confirm this. You can always buy and try.
Last few months back , I went for a helmet shop to see the various models. One lady in the store is just putting all sizes of helmets in my head⊠I said it me choose itâŠI said I have few concerns. I have hairfall and sweating is coming . So I want best helmet to address those problem . She has no answer for this
I went to another shop where I said the same thing . He has helped to choose the correct brand smk which correct head size âŠ. I donât have any swearing after that and it is very nice
After that I heard it is an import piece for uk regulations which has sun razors inside and has air vent for air circulationâŠ
It is 3x costlier but it is worth to buy it âŠ

@abhishek.balaji is there a way to contact Ather Space, Nungambakkam at Chennai?
Iâve tried their contact on Google maps but it leads me to IVR support executives who tell me they cannot transfer it to the EC. They also say they do not have a number that leads directly to the EC.

I canât understand how the whole experience centre doesnât have a telephone. Did they run our of sim cards for the scooter so started using leftovers from the EC?

Yeah, this 9827200400 is the IVR number. They claim that they canât transfer me to the EC.

At EC everyone works for the company. if you need to check availability then you just ask the CC itself they will know what stock availability is there. but if they cannot answer you can pay them a visit. @abhishek.balaji This is why I requested that all official accessories be available online. this way, the interaction can be avoided and who doesnât love online shopping in todayâs world? itâs like gifting yourself by yourself.

got 450x delivery today from OMR Chennai. There are no stock on helmet and side step. I understand that OMR branch have sold ~100 vehicles, nobody have received the helmets or side steps yet. Any tentative date when it will be available for customers?

@abhishek.balaji request to update please. I have been asking the same question with EC, raised a ticket. Itâs silence everywhere, nobody knows when the accessories would be available.
Itâs not even a week since I got the delivery, I started having negative thoughts about the company.
