Just did 20k service today. Experience was worse than Honda, TVS, Bajaj kinda brands.
Service done with Ather service centre, Yelahanka. Check the bills attached for part price.

Handwritten bils are not acceptable. Computerised GST bills are mandatory.

Hello Rohit,
As far as I know this kind of billing done is not acceptable. The official way is printed with Ather letterhead and with GST details.
Your bill is handwritten which makes it looks like done by some private mechanic repair shop instead of authorized service centre.
Kindly ask them for official invoice as when the rainy day comes your warranty can get voided from Ather because of this kind of negligence.

Exactly. But I don’t think this bill is from an Ather SC. @Rohit.Gandhi is the one to confirm this. But he is silent.
If those bills are NOT from Ather service centre, His post is misleading and is a groundless accusation and defamation against Ather as well as against SC. He must correct his post.
If those bills are really from Ather SC, then not only the SC, Ather Energy is also a party to this crime.

When I do my periodic Service, they give me this and they call it a money slip and I receive the official bill online.

Hold your horses guys. FYI The bill is from Ather service centre, Yelahanka. It’s an official service centre of Ather. I raised the ticket in Ather app to have the service record updated with proper bill & job card attachment.
