Drove for 2-3 more kmsā¦ But, the sound does not goā¦? Any suggestions pls?
Did you wash the vehicle or ride in the rain recently?
I had screeching noises from my wheel after I washed it thoroughly, but after 3 days it reduced and went away.
If it continues after 3-4 days, then call up customer care.
It is new vehicle and yesterday Prasant took the delivery yesterday.
No, the max I could relate was for a moment, scooter went the through a very small dip where stagnant water was there, but that was hardly a raise

Sometimes I wonder if had ever bothered to notice all these noises in my old ICE scooter. The engine and exhaust was loud enough to cover the noises from all these niggles I guess

Might be, but the sound even even pushing the vehicle, I thought it should be either belt or brakes
Hmmš¤ Iād still give it a few days. I called up customer care recently for the same issue (squeaky noise at the wheels), someone had come to check and he said that itās quite normal. He did tighten the bolts and screws everywhere and checked it thoroughly though.

Anyone of you riding doubles could probably tell the range you are getting in Ride mode?
Just within a weekās time I see the range has reduced, initial after full charge I was getting close to 62 in ride mode with half of ride with a pillion but after completing 300 Kms in a weekās time, now I see the range is reducing, approx of 55 to 57 I am getting in ride mode. My commute is approx 48 to 50 Km with half the ride with a pillion, now a am little worried , if range drops even more than it will be difficult in future
Today, when driving, I saw the screen went BLANK and within a minute the console restarted. Does it happen once in a while?
Once in a while yesā¦sometimes it may just freeze and may not be able to restart as well. In that case hold both the brakes and power button for sometime and it will restart. However no data is lost during that time. Iāve experienced it 3-4 times in 3+ months till now, But from the performance point of view, nothing to worry though.

I have the same issue with cracked mirror happened while adjusting the mirror
Sometimes, the screen hangs, is laggy, or just restarts. Most times I just ignore it and itāll automatically rectify itself. Unless the screen goes blank completely and doesnāt restart or anything (which has never happened to me yet)
Your scooter wonāt be affected this time, you can still ride normally.

It will be difficult for you after 2 years.
Because the range will drop upto 30%
Post 2 years range drop is fine but at present only it is reducing, will wait till 500 KM and post that check with Ather support.
Happened once in my first week and then never again.
What is your average wh/km.
Try to keep it between 28-35
Mine is 30-35 wh/km.
Will work even after 4years because my daily routine is 25-30kms. Only rarely it is more than 50kms

Can you share some guidelines on how to keep at that level because even when I am riding solo wk/km is consumed more only, it was less on first 3 days but now it is more, my riding style has not changed from first day till date of using Ather
