I get what you are saying. I did not get scooter for free. I paid ample amount for everything.
My suggestion:
Ather should provide extra features that were not there when scooter was purchased, in Ather connect plan.

Yeah same here, sorry if I came across as rude. My point was that the Ather Connect subscription is actually one of the only few things that are priced very correctly and can be justified. Most other stuff is very overpriced.
And I think you mean new features specially reserved for Ather Connect subscribers - sure! Everyone loves new features

Dealing with this support ticket thing is like a whole new patience game. Been tackling this issue since yesterday.
Gotta say, Ather’s support is hands down the most frustrating I’ve ever come across.

Why to purchase plan as map is not working properly even location was not showing in app most of the time shows no data and even network comes and go and then need to restart it

I would have paid for feature drops than for 4G plan,as maps are barely stable and notifications for full charge or movement detection rarely work most people will only get the plan only when a OTA is rolled out.

In my case service center is 5 min away. I will get a mobile stand and get updates from Service Center.
I bought it June 25th 2023 and salesman told it’s 3 years with pro pack but in app it’s showing 1 year

The “Your Ather 450X Ride Log …” mails seem to have gone with the change to the subscribed one. Was useful to figure out how many units the charging consumed among other things. Sigh.

I purchased on 30April,23. I also got Ather connect subscription for 3 year and earlier it was showing in the app for 3 years but now its showing expiring on 31August,2023. After complain to Ather and multiple follow up. They replied >” You can check your subscription date in the app”
Ather is doing wrong with the customer. Surely they will not survive in the market with these type of attitude.

The dealer says something and company says something and in the end we users face issues.

Ather connect plan is not well researched. No one will buy this. Do proper research, Maintain customers, Earn also with including upcoming features after purchasing scooter in Ather connect plan.

@tarun Please start deliveries for new 450x 3.7 kWh. The stores are trying so hard to sell the 2.9 kWh 450x. I am excited and ready to buy the 3.7 kWh, They just won’t give me. Why are you guys doing this. I have been begging for the bike from Aug 12. I have written mails, requested the customer care, spoke to Indira nagar and the whitefield Ather, No help at all. They say the company the company idk who is the company, they’re jus like when company gives we shall deliver

Delivery/Booking is set to begin by November. There is absolutely nothing you can do to change that. Also you don’t have to worry they will be charging you a premium. When new 450x 3.7 will be launched it will be expensive. Hope you don’t suffer the same fate as us after 6 months best of luck:)

I really don’t understand… they are just trying so hard to sell their bike in the showroom. They keep asking the customers when can we expect you, when can we call you, the security takes down your phone number they’re jus trying so hard to sell.
I am ready to buy the vehicle immediately, they’re not giving me.
They just wanna sell the old 450 3.7 as much as possible. Just finish the stocks and only then want to sell the new 450x.

You should understand the difference in Announcing a vehicle and the actual delivery of the vehicle. When New Mahendra XUV 700 came out or the New Creta , They had waiting period of 9 months. Similarly Ather 450x Gen 3 launched in Jan also had a 3 month waiting period. Hell Simple One Electric Scooter customers haven’t received their bike in past 2 years
