Congratulations to Ather for completing a decade. Kudos to them for setting the expectations and benchmarks for scooters high.
As in the launch, I just hope Apex is indeed the pinnacle of this platform…motor, chassis, Battery. It’s time we get something really new and not just improvements. Waiting for a new vehicle.
100kph, magic twist, logo change…the only new things for 2024 then. Translucent panel isn’t really new. Maybe I’m getting old…But this color scheme is really loud for my liking.
On a lighter note…where’s my royalty?!!

They don’t give it for software, but we’ve seen it multiple times they make accessories that way. New mudguard and seat for example.

Congratulations to Tarun and Swapnil. 10 years to be there with a dynamic team of pushing the limits is indeed a landmark on its own. Feeling so proud to be an Indian and belonging to the family of Ather450x
But why so much hype… After sales service will get more numbers to sales… Very few would fall for the new features… Average Ather 450X rider needs tension free service and an operational well spread net of Ather Chargers. Get the service packs back and introduce the referral program. The service visits need to be more predictive. As a connected EV, every rider needs to have an alert to plan a service visit. The local service centre needs to have a mechanism in place to book slots for higher km services like 15k, to 40k. Seperate bays for battery health checks with a mandatory report generation, to remain in service records.

Ather is just trying to imitate Apple way too much, inventing new things that have been present in the industry for quite some time, but slightly tweaking it to showcase it as a groundbreaking new technology.

If Ather really wants to succeed, then stop all these gimmicks and just improve real true range (min 150kms in eco mode) I’m ok to pay 1.9L . Good true range only thing anyone would want .
I wish for some revolutionary battery tech , which has more charge cycles , reduced cost .

When i saw the new Apex, the 1st thought which came to my mind was that i had seen this color somewhere and searched for this video and got it. Someone also posted similar color in forum but I’m not getting it.
I agree that both are not 100% same colors but it’s almost similar to what Ather has launched. Maybe Ather’s color will be a bit more defined and legal too.
But does the Apex scooter comes with only one color or maybe this one will be like a special edition and rest other color’s will be continued with the Apex features in it?
BTW, when i went to wheeeeee camp, all of us got an opportunity to ride the new Apex, including me and i don’t think there’s much of a difference in Warp+, i felt like it’s just a bit more quicker than my Gen 2, maybe now they would have redefined the performance a bit more but the regen was just Greattt. It feels like we don’t need our brakes anymore. We can manage a normal ride in the city by just using the regen and yeah regen activating right from 100% is a very good move.
When the live stream ended i was like, whatttttttt, that’s it, no more features. I have only one question, where’s the cruise control Ather?

My 10 cents on the launch. Well, this might be the last iteration on the platform of 450, it has maxed out on the battery capacity installed in the chassis, it has maxed out the power the motor can produce.
The display lagging will continue as the peak performance was the only goal. I had hopes that the belt cover/guard would fit and maybe be backwards compatible, but those words do not exist in Ather dictionary.
As far as the sales of Ather apex might go, It might be in a conflict as most of the reviews are pointing at family scooters might take it away.
BTW congrats on 10 years of journey @tarun @swapniljain and team.
